I took my truck to the Ford dealer. They called car sheld explain the work and parts that were needed. You guys handled the bill. No problems. You covered everything.
I had to put my truck in the shop. He said there was a hose for the DEF system. It had to be replaced and it may also require either turbo charger or the deaf system itself so they replace the hose. They couldn't tell so they replace the hose cover hoses. So when they replace the hose, it cost $1000 or $998 and you guys did cover. Please send me a list of stuff that you don't cover so I know whether I wanna stay with you guys or not.

Last year I needed a motor for my 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE TD6 Deisel. The motor cost 40,000. CarShield only paid $*******. This year I needed a gear shift, the warranty didn't pay anything?

Car Shield was easy to use. Went to my choice garage and car Shield paid for the part and work. Plus got me a car rental while the repair was being done. Highly recommend!

Paid mi they. Had a problem. They nicked and died the auto shop and covered repairs were denied for a dispute over 30 mins of labour cross over with repairs. I paid for repairs that didn't even come close to what I paid in coverage. Scam scam

We do go over what is covered with you on the initial phone call and also send you the policy right away to review. The contract does go over the details of the coverage and explains that all repair parts and labor costs are verified per nationally recognized labor guides. Called car shield to find out how to file a claim. I have had CS for 2 years on my daughter's 2013 KIA. Never used it. Now that I needed it CS came through. Call to tell me what service the dealership was going to perform and if I was getting the best price.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT TO DEAL WITH. FOR ONE THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO INFORM THE REPAIR SHOP TO CALL CAR SHIELD FIRST TO RECEIVE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE REPAIR WORK IS COMPLETED. ONCE CONTACT WAS MADE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (BOTH OF THEM) WERE RUDE AS HELL INFORMING US (THE REPAIR SHOP) THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO UPHOLD THEIR CONTRAT WITH THE CUSTOMER & THEY WOULD NOT BEING US. TOLD US TO JUST REMOVE THE NEW CAR PARTS, PUT THE OLD ONES BACK, & THEY WOULD SEND OUT A THIRD PARTY TO VERIFY PART IS DEFECTIVE & THEN HAVE US REDO THE WORK. THIS COMANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE & A WASTE OF THEIR CUSTOMER TIME & OURS (THE REPAIR SHOP). WE WILL NOT BE SERVICING ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM THIS POINT ON & INFORMING OUR CUSTOMERS TO NOT UTILIZE YOUR SO CALLED "SERVICES"...! 0 RATING FROM US!

Submitted claim, claim received, being processed… then we need service records, records submitted, notified records received via phone call and email, then recant, we didn't get the service records via email, service records resubmitted, notified service records received via email, then phone call informing me the service records have been requested multiple times without compliance, claim is inactive until compliance, assured agent records were submitted 3 times, agent says "let me check"… we'll we don't have records from your repair shop for Oct.'23 or Jan. '24. Repair Shop owner calls and I call again with no resolve to this day🤨

I talk to a representative every month because my payments were set up to be on the 3rd and the 10th. I tell them not to do the 10th as the money won't be there. We set up a plan.
