Contract

It was a problem and I should have known to not by something without seeing the contract first.
A lot of language in the contract that I did not agree with, that is why I canceled.

Excellent Customer Service!

My Warranty with car shield covered my transmission! I also had 22 days of car rental expenses covered. My only wish is that they could have given me 30 days car rental but the most important part is car shield got me through the most difficult time in my life with my Car. Thank You Car Shield for being there for me.🙏🏾🕊🔥

Somewhat Happy, Somewhat Sad

You can't use your AC without Freon, but yet I had to pay out of pocket for the Freon. Of course I don't mind the service fee, but I think it's unfair. I going to check to see if any other providers have this same policy; so besides the service fee and monthly fee I still had to pay more 😞

We had a problem with our vehicle. In a timely manner, car sheild responded, and let us know what could be done. I do wish they had covered everything, but they didn't. They will cover some of the bill.

Though I didn't have my car for six weeks, I was okay knowing it would be covered. I was hoping it would be full coverage but I was ok with the amount that they offered. They also covered 14 days of the rental car I had, it wasn't fully covered but I'm happy with the amount that was.
