Car Shield was there when I needed a rental. Because they needed more information from the repair shop, a delay of a week was make in starting the fix on the van. My days of the rental was up. They would not extented the rental, which leaves me without transportation.

I purchased Car Shield went my extended warranty was over. I didn't have any problems using Car Shield. Their roadside assistance was excellent.

It seems that it took me longer to find someone that honors CarShield or any third party insurance than it would have been to take to the dealer and have it done. Fortunately, I did find someone who takes CarShield and they explained the procedure. The situation cleared itself up and I do know what to do incase something else goes wrong.

I took car shield out a few months ago and so far I'm very happy with them when I needed service on my car I called them they found a service center near me and even made my first appointment for me I would recommend car shield highly
