If it wasn't for having car shield I wouldn't be able to repair my car parts & labor are expensive
The advertisement states that the cost of a major repair is covered. In the fine print of the contract there are other words that state differently. Other problems lead to my transmission that I did not know. So I had to pay out of pocket. This is false advertisement. I thought it would be completely covered through the contract.

I was having issues with my car from the dealership who was charging a lot of money to repair my vehicle. I had Car Sheild who gave me several auto shop that I can go to and I got my vehicle repaired. The service was done rapidly. Car Sheild paid the repair shop and my is up and running. Two recent repairs were not covered; the engine cooling fan and the thermostat housing. People buy this product to protect against financial calamity, but if the wrong thing breaks the coverage is worthless.

Went well. As for repair. But i had to pay out of my pocket more than the $100.00 deductible. The reason for this according to car shield was that the service center hourly labor charge was more than they would pay. I guess in the future i will need to call car shield to let them tell me what repair shop to go to that will accept their amount of pay per hour.

The emergency roadside service part is good. But when the repair facility called in the claim you kept saying no claim was called in. Wasted time for me and repair facility to make a lot of redundant class. The misunderstanding also delayed my repair significantly, causing more loss. I spent a few thousands buying the extended warranty and this warranty barely covers anything. Wasted money and time.

I've had 3\ 4 Services that I can remember, and only one was not covered by CarShield. Two were major, and the repairs were covered and done at the Dealership without any problems! Now before buying another car, I run the VIN# by the team to see if it would be covered and the monthly cost! Then, I have a good understanding if that used car is worth it.

Dealing with car shield, they are the experts. I had experience their help regarding my handyman. They took charge. Talked to the mechanic. I didn't have to worry about anything. I felt safe because with car shield, they deal with the mechanic one to one and make sure no unnecessary repair should be done. Also feel secure because monetarily I just pay my portion. So far so good and I hope it continues that I have an understanding and good relationship with car shield. OK

Was gonna cancel CarShield and my a/c broke the next day! Took my suburban to my mechanic and they contacted CarShield and had it fixed the same day! Was so grateful that I didn't cancel my policy!
