I've requested a warranty book the goes into detail about my warranty plan since I've joined. I keep getting told it was mailed out but I never received it. I want it to keep in the vehicle for my go to incase I need to know what my plan covers.

I pay each month to be protected. If I make no claim, the insurance company wins. If I make a claim for a substantial amount, I win reimbursement. In either case I don't win!
