The initial claim was denied when the repair service called. I called and it was covered- but not for the amount I thought it would be- I do realize there was a deductible.

Tried to jump start my truck and couldn't get it started. Called to get towing set up to have the vehicle taken to a local shop. The representative was friendly and very helpful with locating a roadside provider. It made it a very nice and easy experience at a concerning time.

Carshield does not honor dealership claims for repairs. I hate I ever bought this crap.

From the beginning to the end, it was effortless. Took vehicle to the chosen shop (the one I trust) and picked it up when it was done.
No negotiating, no phone calls….no argument…the-repairs were completed and I am driving my vehicle again. On my end, no Adjustor, no mechanic, no inspector….no hassle.
