Very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received and for being so fast thank you

From the beginning to the end, it was effortless. Took vehicle to the chosen shop (the one I trust) and picked it up when it was done.
No negotiating, no phone calls….no argument…the-repairs were completed and I am driving my vehicle again. On my end, no Adjustor, no mechanic, no inspector….no hassle.
I would recommend CarShield to everyone.

I've had my car in the shop for 2 weeks and still no car car shooting has been slow and also they couldn't find the parts available right away so what is cost you doing giving us mediocre Parts while they're charging us full price

Overall good, however was disappointed with that fact that you tell a customer you can take your car where ever you want for repairs but the dealership don't except what you pay.

I informed Car Shield that my card on file had been hacked and that I was waiting for a new number. I was told that it was fine and that I had 35 days to make the payment. Well EVERY DAY there was email/phone message that my payment was past due. I really did not appreciate it.

Está compañía me sorprendió al actuar tan rápido y comunicarse con él dealer Braman Cadillac. Un inspector fue a chequear el carro y 2 días después apro. Aun no lo creo pues compañías asegurado como está ya no existen
Hace 6 meses aproximadamente que compre el seguro pues se me había vencido la garantía extendida. En Nov 12 deje el carro en Braman Cadillac a la semana siguiente se pusieron en contacto con el dealer para ir a inspeccionar y 2 días después aprobaron el presupuesto de una transmisión y válvula para un cadillac xt4 2019
Una reparación costosa si no es por está compañía no hubiera podido mantenerme con mi carro. Estoy muy agradecida con CARSHIELD

Since Douglas Chrysler Dodge Jeep does not accept Carshield, we had no experience using Carshield. Since we failed to inform Carshield before work was done, Carshield refused to pay some or all of the bill. Carshield informed us they would have found us another repair facility. We want our vehicle to be taken to a Chrysler dealer and they are the closest and best in the area.

They provided me with World Class Service overall. During my time with it.

It was simple to use. It was fast and friendly service. The representative was helpful.

I enjoyed the peace of mind my car shield policy gave me on my 2021 Jeep. Unfortunately, it was totaled and I no longer needed the policy. I highly recommend CarShield.
