Thank you for the great service. I made a call and they will very helpful in finding someone to fix my problem. My car was fixed within 2 weeks and wood swell. Thank you, gosh, you.
I recently broke down and had to have a tow truck take my vehicle to my Chrysler dealership. I called CarShield and spoke to a person on the phone and explained the situation. Because I was at work all week, it was hard for me to be on the phone to handle everything, but CarShield worked hand-in-hand with the dealership. I didn't have to do anything. The dealership sent the pictures and information that was needed and within a few days time I had my vehicle back and CarShield paid over $2000 worth of repairs and left me my small deductible and a little difference in labor for a total of $170. They have really stepped up their game. Their customer service is great and the whole experience gave me complete peace of mind. CarShield is worth having and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a vehicle, especially if it is not a new vehicle and you are concerned about electronics and other parts breaking down. My problem was to do with the powertrain valve body, an 5 hour repair on my Chrysler 300C, and my vehicle only has 42,000 miles on it. CarShield was amazing to work with. My windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. The motor went out. It was covered under this warranty with $100 deductible...still cheaper than paying out of pocket for it. Fast claim time and payment to the company who fixed this for me!

Had coverage for 3 years after initial warranty ended at 60k miles. Drove 33,000 miles. Had number of small repairs. None were covered by Car Shield. Repairs cost 6k. Rat or mouse nest found in engine compartment. Repairs were 1,800. Car shield does not cover rodent damage.

A Very pleasant call with your agent Taylor. Purpose of call was to confirm a particular part (tire sensor) was covered in Our CarShield Diamond plan. Taylor confirmed that this sensor and labor was covered and then placed notes in Our plan to assure that when dealer agent called to cover sensor and labor cost. Then CarShield Agent taking call would already have ALL information in Our file to take care of Our repairs at said dealer. Taylor was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, timely and We believe Taylor wished to take care of Our Needs and Requirements for repairs on Our 2019 Chevorlet Equinox Premier vehicle. I had my car fixed by one of you shops. However car shield could of let me know that I could of tooking my car to the ford dealer. That shop didn't fix my car right, it was the fuel system. I had to go back to them 6 times for their mistakes because the fuel system wasn't working. I did let car shield know about the problem that I was having with this shop.
My Honda needed service I scheduled service with Honda on 11/29/24 Honda service contacted Car Shield and reviewed my estimate
Car Shield approved my estimate Honda proceeded with the repair
