Nothing to report due to the fact that my vehicle never broke down, never had any reason to contact them. Made my final monthly payment and sold the vehicle three days later, requested a refund for that payment, still waiting for the answer, as a customer for several years.

Originally, everything was fine. It seems yuo changed some policy and I had to get a ride to go back the next day and sign another paper before you would release funds (which fall short of actual cost in our state) and hence be able to get my vehicle.

I am very satisfied by the claims paid by CarShield but when I signed up I was under the assumption that my portion would be the $75 (now $100) deductable and CarShield would pay the cost for repairs. I've had several repairs e.g. tie rod and ball joint and I've had to pay for almost half of the cost. According to CarShield you can take your vehicle to any mechanic and since I have a Mercedes, I take my vehicle to the Mercedes Service Dept. for all of my maintenance. I will continue keeping CarShield because it does save me money.

It wasn't good we ended up paying out of pocket because we needed the car for my wife doctor's appointment. Had to search somewhere else that accept carshield it was too late we needed our car.

My experience was about 85%. I believe that the other work on my car should have been approved. I was not happy with my experience with Mercedes establishment. I had to go over the bill with them after receiving the information from Car Shield.
