Car made a weird noise like a drill going off. Brought to car dealer and they found out what it was, called car shield and they approved it right away. As they were working on it found something else wrong, called car shield and again approved it, plus set me up with a rental. Glad I have them.

1. All of my claims were not approved and paid for. 2. CarShield only paid 69% of the cost to replace my vehicle bad starter. 3. My vehicle was at the dealership for over two days after the repair was completed waiting for the dealership to be paid by CarShield before the dealership can release my vehicle.

Furthermore, it appears there were differences in the labor rates and part prices that the repair facility used and what was recommended by a nationally recognized labor guide. I received a replacement engine *******. On the other hand, the odometer still showed 155,000. I applied, I paid I monthly premiums. I replaced I alternator, without carsheild. Did not know, they covered that. Someone told I apply, for reimbursement. They denied it. Then, stated;" the monthly bill Auh increase, but the part still covered ". I received 2 20 dollar copays of twenty dollar emails, with no pay option. I did not get reimbursed. So, ion know if I should invest or not,after 90 days or more. But okay

I have not yet had a chance to file a claim, so I'm not sure how that part goes. What i will say is that I was satisfied with the customer service I received in response to an inquiry.

First day back to work after 3wk Christmas vacation. Car wouldn't start in garage. Called, Responded. Told me what and when to expect relief. Waited. Technician responded & confirmed previous conversation. Auto body shop texted to state eta at my residence. They arrived before time, happy & ready to fix my issue and he did. My experience and problem was resolved in less than 45 minutes during a wintery storm on 1/6/25.
