Just recently purchased a car from Lou Bachrodt and I actually had a great experience with my car salesman JR Henry he was great he got me to the payment amount I requested and he has followed up with me also.
They had a great selection of cars and trucks. I chose a truck that I love and that I could actually afford! Everyone that works there is very helpful and I got financed within 30 minutes and out the door in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this place to everyone I know.
Looking for a used pickup. Showed me nothing but wrecked trucks and trucks with rear ends missing, big dents, smashed front ends, undrivable should be marked as scrap. Why show scrap vehichles on this site? I checked the used and certified vehichles. Certified showed only new ones. Easier to just go on some dealership sites...

I was looking for a convertible for my wife. Met Ari at Sanford Infiniti, gave her what I was looking for. She contacted me on a regular basis on vehicles matching my criteria. Unfortunately my wife shot them all down for 2 1/2 months. Ari tried again and at that time, my wife decided on a Durango, so I was getting rid of a lease to find a challenger srt8. Happens Ari's Infiniti group just got one in. The deal was VERY pleasant, staff at Sanford Infiniti was great and Ari was and is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. I've purchased 15 vehicles in my time, not including toys, so that's saying ALOT. Thank you Ari and Sanford Infiniti.
I bought my 2013 RAV4 and 2013 Prius from Don Jacobs Toyota. Before I purchased them I checked on the reliability of their service dept. All was good. I consider this along with the price of the cars from the dealership I buy from. For three years I've had all my service done on both cars at Don Jacobs. Absolutely no complaints. The car wash is a nice touch also. Two weeks ago there was a problem and the rep I had said it wasn't covered by warranty, I have the full extended warranties on both cars. In checking with the warranty company they said it was covered. The rep gave them the wrong information which then made it 'not' covered. I talked to the manager of service Pete Loberg and he agreed with me concerning the problem. I took my car in this morning at 7:30am, both problems were taken care of and they called me at 10:00am and said a driver would come and pick me up. THAT'S SERVICE! I will be buying two more Toyotas in a couple of years and as long as the prices are fair AND the service department continues it's top notch service. This is a shout out to service manager Pete Loberg for a job well done. My wife and I sincerely appreciate your concern and thank you. It's people such as Pete that sell cars.
This is not a complaint but I find it odd that I'll receive offers on one car and not the other. I received a 'mini porter' on my Prius but not on my RAV4. Not a big deal but I'm wondering why they don't make these offers available on both cars, which I bought in the same day.
I would also like to add that dealing with Eddie Reyes was a pleasure. I'm from a sales background myself and found Eddie to be very easy to work with. Much appreciated Eddie. I'm in hopes you'll still be there when I buy my next two Toyotas.

Fred gave us outstanding service at Coast to Coast in Hayward California. He was professional and helped us get a good loan on an excellent used BMW station wagon- one owner with all records. We were thrilled with his thoroughness and professional expertise. We have owned many BMW's from dealers and we found that Fred gave us the same expert service that we are used to having. My Experience with Stewart Subaru in Yakima, WA staff was one of the best car buying experience I have had. From my introduction with the sales staff, with working with the Sales Manager, Talking with the GM, finalizing with Finance, & lastly getting everything needed serviced & scheduled. All were patient, knowledgeable, & efficient. Not to mention they all took the time to ensure my son was entertained during the lengthy process. I cant possibly say enough good things about my 2016 Subaru Legacy & the Stewart Subaru employees themselves. I highly recommend anyone to Stewart Subaru. You will not be disappointed.
I just leased a car from Mid-Island Hyundai... Great service... Great deal
I had gone to 4 dealerships and decided on Mid-Island because of the sales person Peter Marcus and the General Manager Brendan Miller... they took the time to explain leasing (since I had never leased a car before). I never felt pushed into anything or rushed. They were great.
I had also gone to Atlantic Hyundai and the sales person there was rude, condescending, and sarcastic... I ran back to Mid-Island and finalized the lease there, I choose Mid-Island because of customer service... while waiting to speak to the sales person I listened to all the staff around where I was seated and realized all of these sales people were professional and respectful... the person who handled the credit and banking aspect of the lease took time to explain everything and I had many questions and I never had the feeling of being pushed into anything.

Needless to say... ALAN, Matt (his son) and Jason are STARS. It could not be easier, smooth and perfect without them. Bayside is the greatest Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge Dealership around, I have been at several locations, bought in different dealership in the past, but WILL ALWAYS go back to BAYSIDE.

Yes, I have a question. I've used cars.com in the past to sell my cars, and it has very worked very well and I was able to sell my cars in short periods of time. I subscribed to your 2 month option close to a month and a half ago to sell my 2004 Porsche Boxster with very low miles (41,000) and in great condition. It is very close to the lower prices for most similar Boxsters on your site. Over that month and a half period, I have had over 300 views and only one serious inquiry. This really amazed me, so I responded to my own ad with an expression of interest saying I was interested. I mainly wated to see if something is wrong with my ad/site. I got a letter back to my email, reflecting the fact that I had expressed interest in the car. Then, the next day and for several days thereafter, I've been getting additional emails from Cars.com telling me about all the other Porsche Boxsters that you have on your site. How does this help an individual seller on your site who is paying you money for an ad? How the hell am I suppose to sell my car, if you drown them in unliited additional cars for the following day and weeks after they looked at my ad? There is not even time enough for them to respond.
You hurt the people who are paying you money to advertise to the benefit of others who have paid you nothing.
Cars.com no longer is a good site to sell your car, I will go with your competitors. You have gotten too greedy and nonresponsive to your customers.

I managed to get a car off private seller really cheap who had money and dint want to bother listing and selling it. I checked the prices on the internet and I figured even if I list it cheap I still make 2x times what I have paid for it and someone will be still happy to get this car for amount of money I was asking for it. So I listed it on cars.com but the car went on fraud watch ether because someone reported my add or cars.com guys decided to do so. I figured that they just want to be safe than sorry its very understandable this days. I called them and explain the situation they asked me to send them pictures or scan of a title I complied toke a photos with my phone and emailed it with it a 2min. Few day had passed no reply so I called them up and ask them to explain what was going on, only to hear that they had reviewed my case but cant tell me anything why but made business decision not to post my add. That simple the site that advertise them self was made for the people didnt want to bother but there are plenty of dealership there lie that they private sellers. I sold a car next day to a dealership and still made 2x more than I paid for it. Too bad that this website dont let regular people save money on purchasing cars and only worry about big guys with paid account to make money. So if you want to save your money and not overpay go look someplace else this site is bogus and plain and simple rip-off.
I'm helping a friend look for used cars and have been using a few "go to" websites but thought I would change it up and try others. I came to cars.com which their website looks aesthetically pleasing but at the same it seems as if all the cars are gone and have been sold?! After attempting to look at 6 cars I was done with the website. Sorry to say but I say 1 star until I start actually seeing some used cars for sale!

After verifying the car was available, an appointment was made. I arrived a bit early but Bryan was already prepared with all the car information I had requested. Bryan took my license and insurance card and pointed me to the George Bush for a test drive. He remained at the dealership. When I returned to the dealership we discussed an appraisal from Car Max; which he matched and the transaction was completed. It had taken all of thirty minutes from the beginning of negations to completing the purchase. Took possession my freshly detailed Mercedes the next morning. Excellent service, I had the opportunity to visit the Waldorf, MD National Motors to purchase a car, my salesman Mr. Don Brown was very informative and delightful to work with, he provided me with many different selections and I was able to choose a car of my selection, my experience at National Motors/Waldorf and with Mr. Don Brown was very good. I would recommend National Motors to my friends and family and salesman Mr. Brown if they ever need a car.

As a widow of only a few months, I was so concerned about returning my 2013 Altima and going forward with a new lease. This is the fourth car Arnold has sold or leased to us. He had a wonderful relationship with my late husband. Arnie handled me with such kindness and care when I arrived at the showroom. He remembered that I always sat in the back seat during a test drive while Jack drove and said I was going to love my new car! He made me feel safe and comfortable when I did the test drive! Basil has a great service department, you feel right at home in their waiting room. Coffee and doughnuts. Free WiFi. Service department is very friendly and listens to your concerns. Most of all the service is awesome and also great at getting you in and out. Very happy to finally find a great dealer and great service.
Recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Full Cab. The experience was great. Everyone from Managers to Sales person was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional especially the sales person. He answered all my questions and made you feel comfortable in deciding which vehicle you wanted to purchase. I give 5 stars out of 5 and recommend this dealership for your next car, SUV or truck.
I did write a negative review about dealer after visiting him through cars.com who had 4.9 rating out of 5 with 300 reviews. So it seems i fell for the cars.com scam which just published good reviews not negative. So guys the cars.com dealers review is not reliable
My husband and I pulled into Queen City Motors and thought we would take a look at what they had. The sale man Tom was right there ready to assist us. Tom was kind, helpful and willing to help us get the right vehicle. Queen City Motors also assisted us in getting a loan the process was taken care for us by Chris he took care of it all and the paper work also.
Truly their team made it nice, simple and a enjoyable day for us. My husband did get the car he had been wanting and at a good price. Now that is Great!
