Cars.com provides all the necessary information on all cars. On would surely check out the complete specifications they mention in their website. It sure helps us in deciding which car to buy and helps us compare cars too.
I wrote a one-star review about Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe on 11/4/2016 on Cars.com. It's web site said Car.com will contact me about my review through email in a few days. It did not happen and it did not publish my review. My review was published by Yelp though. Thus, I question the fairness of the cars.com reviews.
Auto City tricks customers into writing a good review of their dealership with the promise of a gas gift card but it only benefits them and you will not receive the promised gift card. Salesman Austin will not follow through on any thing he tells you and he and the dealership will avoid your repeated calls at all costs and will lie and tell you he is off, at another location, unavailable or out sick. He was contacing Ford for the keyless entry code while doing paperwork on the sale of the vehicle purchased and went as far as to get the number needed on his camera phone and promised to call the following day with the code. I haven't heard from him since the sale. All buyers BEWARE, this is an unscrupulous dealership that uses bait and switch tactics and does not follow through on promises and even when asked to put something in writing they will not. This dealership needs to be investigated by the Virginia Attorneys Office. Do not buy from this dealership unless you enjoy being scammed! Cars.com would be wise to eliminate this dealership as they will also tarnish your reputation along with their own! Buy from a trust worthy competitor. Word of mouth can help a business and it can also save countless others from making a mistake. Do not trust or buy from this dealership!
Sam is the best customer representative and sales person i have encountered so far. He helped me though the whole process. He excessively tried his vest to get me the best deal in the budget i put on the table and he did. I walked out a very happy customer having Sam as my sales person.
I've owned more than 50 automobiles, dealt with many dealers and at Galeana Kia they've provided the best service ever with no pressure and sharp pricing. Their inventory was great the service efficient and all the people well-trained and polite. On a scale of 1 to 10 they're an 11. RIc C. In Ft Myers, FL
Went to look at SUV that we saw online. We were very pleased with Toni the salesman He was kind not pushy let us take our time to test drive the vehicle. The whole process went very smoothly all the people were excellent I will tell other people about our experience
Went to Campbell Auto, paid $1,000 down.
Took car back, as it had trouble codes reset and still light came on. Salesman said drive it two weeks until the warranty is good. Sounds like fraud to me. Never got my $1,000 back.
I traded in my 2015 A3 for a 2017 A3 Premium Plus. Rob Carozzi, the General Manager found the exact car that I wanted. The price was competitive. He invested a substantail amount of time locating the vehicle with the exact specifications. Thank you.
I went to exit 5 auto sales in Latham, N. Y. to buy a 2010 Toyota Peruis he had for sale in car Garus. Rudy was very patient with me when we looked the car over and went on a long road test. Rudy was most helpful in helping to get the loan that we needed at what we were able to safely pay for a 12 mos. Rudy also got us operator manuals that were missing for the car. We wanted to pay a large down payment on the car and did using cash. When we got home (35 miles away) Rudy had left a message on our phone to call him. When we called him he informed us that we paid him $100.00 to much and that he would send us a check with the over payment. Rudy has proven to us that he is a salesman of very high standards for honesty, integrity, and a customers excellent satisfaction. To me Rudy is a excellent representative for Exit Five Auto sales and i highly recommend every one who is looking for a great used vehicle to see Rudy at exit Five Auto Sales, in Latham N. Y. My son is looking for his first car. We are looking for sporty cars under $10k and are finding scams. A 2011 BMW Z4 at a supposed dealer in manhatten turns out to be a fake military person in Utah. Send money via eBay and they will send the car to test drive? Really? Now I'm in touch with a dealer who supposedly has a bunch if really nice cars listed for $2500 A Mini Cooper S with low miles, a Nissan 350z all for nothing at this Honda dealer in NJ where I happened to have purchased as car. But only contact via gmail it says and none of these cars on their real website. A Honda dealer who only wants to use gmail? Again really... all scams and fakes
I received the most professional and friendly service I ever had buying a car. My salesman Conrad was so helpful and patient.
After such a bad experience with Miller Toyota, I am so glad to find a Toyota Dealership (and a salesman/finance) that wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell me insurance or coverage or play the shell game on pricing. They gave me everything that was listed on the web page (no switch vehicles or options or price) without haggle. The manager couldn't match the offer I had from Car Max and he had no issues with me selling it first and bringing a check for the full amount I was quoted. The salesmen spent time, after the sell, explaining all the features to my wife and myself.
Toyota of Hattiesburg great buying experience from salesman Zach Graham he let me share my price what I wanted and help match the perfect truck for my son. Very patient and knowledgable. Thanks Zach.
Cars.com USED to be a great way to sell a car, and everyone I knew who had used it had been successful, so when it came time to sell one of my cars, a highly popular convertible in great condition, I created the appropriate ad, paid to upgrade it, etc. but soon realized Cars.com had become a waste of time and money. What's more is it appears they use info from your ad to in fact put competing dealer's ads in front of yours. Think of it like Google "customizing" your browsing experience by filling your web pages with ads related to your search terms. The problem is the ads go against what you say in yours. This has been my experience, and I paid other services to list my car with far better results, so I believe this is a fair comparison. So disappointing, and I've lost all respect for this business. Now, it's just one more negative to add to the experience of buying and selling a vehicle.
I normally don't write reviews about a website that posts consumer reviews on other businesses, however, I have to say that Cars.com is a scam and not reliable if you are seeking accurate and honest reviews. On July 9,2016, me and my wife visited a local car dealership to buy a new car. In the end, we walked out without getting a new car. What really irritated me is days later, the salesman called me back, telling me he had good news and told me to come in the dealership right away. I ignored him. He called me for a total of 4 times, each time telling me something different, such as, "we have new incentives" or "we have brand new promotions and I can get you into that new car" or "we can offer you more discounts, I promise I will make that deal go through". I contacted the dealership and looked at their website and realized that there was NO new incentives or promotions. It was a lie. This is misleading and false advertisement. First, when I posted my initial review on Cars.com, they rejected it because some guy by the name of * said I mentioned pricing on my review and told me to re-write it. Then when I did re-write my review, * sent me the following message; "Unfortunately, your review was rejected for falling outside of one or more of Cars.com's review guidelines. For instance, please refrain from accusing the dealer of partaking in any sort of illegal activity. Please feel free to re-submit a new review for moderation". This is the second time he rejects it. What does he want me to do, give a positive review on the business? He said, "refrain from accusing the dealer of partaking in any sort of illegal activity". Well I got news for you, that is exactly what the business was doing. They lied to me again and again, only to convince me to come in and make a sale. Shame on you Cars.com for not posting my honest review.
