WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a 2003 Volkswagon for my daughter and they assured us that the car had not been in a wreck, that it had been completely checked out and was good to go. All the statements that they said were FALSE. My daughter drove the car for not even 6 months before major things started to go wrong. We took the car into be fixed at out mechanics and when we went to pick up the car, the owner told me that the car HAD been in a wreck and the the underside support was not even there. I called the owner of Auto Shoppe prior to findings out this information because the amount of items that were necessary to be fixed totaled approximately $1400. He said that they would check it out and fix what they could but he didn't believe that it would cost that much. Unfortunately it was already in the shop getting fixed. Today I called to tell Derrick to tell him that the piece missing under the car was $500 and the labor was $1500. I told him that they lied and sold a faulty car because there is no way that they could have not noticed that the support piece for everything was missing. He told me that they never even put it up on the rack to check the underside out. He declined to make things right. Now we are stuck with a car that is undriveable and going to cost more in payments and mechanic bills than what it is worth.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR WALLET. GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALERAHIP THAT WON'T RIP YOU OFF AND ARE HONEST AND BACK WHAT THEY SELL.
I had a very bad experience was a dealer that I had found on Cars.com and I tried to leave a one star review twice and neither time were they posted even though I followed their instructions. Makes you wonder..
I love spending my time on cars.com, I have found some really usefull informations and guides on it.
I want to commend Curry Honda's service department. Trust them for all my repairs. The service adviser always explains what needs to be done and why it needs to be done with a clear estimate of the cost.
Ben Eddings, in Harrison Arkansas, drove 80 miles to show me a car which I ended up buying. Immediately after buying the car, a recall came out and they came over, picked up the car, accomplished the recall, performed an outstanding service bulletin, put a new wax-type finish on it to make it easier to clean AND furnished me a loaner for 2 days. It doesn't get any better than that.
Recently my car was totaled in an accident. DIamond Automotive was highly recommended as a reliable, professional dealership. Obviously I needed to replace my car quickly. Within one week I was able to purchase a quality used car in great condition at a very a reasonable cost. The salesperson was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He had the car detailed and even filled the gas tank. I couldn't have asked for better or more expedient service. I am totally committed to Diamond Auto. Dolores Manai
This is my 5th new Buick with Liberty Buick and Brad TeBrake. Love the process and the way they make you feel with no pressure! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Brad for all that you do and always refer my friends and family to them!
This is how make a good Internet service today, modern and fashion. Nice pictures and actually prices of cars, two words only "GREAT SERVICE"!
Best car buying experience ever! Many thanks to John King who found exactly the car I wanted. No hidden fees, no pressure. The car was thoroughly checked out before I bought it. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend Goldie's Motors.
I think this is a above average website because I couldn't find my search within. I appreciate for their services as the pack comprises everything. As a suggestion, I wish them to be updated with the complete list of cars.
The team here at Luxury and Imports in Leavenworh took great care of me! Jacob Davis, Sebastien Granger, Mike Petty, and the owner Ted Rea were all very helpful in directing to the right vehicle. I highly recommend them.
I tried to search for a model that was popular and manufactured right up to 2007. The model isn't listed. I think they need to be more updated.
My husband and I recently bought a new Camry from Philpotts in Nederland, Tx. Logan Wandell was our sales representative. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new car from Philpotts. THis is our third Camry from them and have always had a very pleasant experience there
I have a dealership on hillside ave, jamaica ny, when i started cars.com we got few leads after that we got leads from mostly out of state and if its from ny noone responds, and even if they respond they have questions like i want a test drive.
Cars.com makes fun of car dealerships by sending false leads.
I had a customer from cars.com who came and filled the vehicle with his family and forced for a test drive, when i asked whats the next step he said i just came for a test drive.
Cars.com needs to stop mocking dealerships with false leads.
I dont want to even give them one star.
Tried to search for Dodge Daytonas, a model that was popular and manufactured right up to 1993. The model isn't listed. Decided to look for the Dynasty, another popular Dodge model. Not listed. This isn't to mean that they didn't FIND any Dynastys or Daytonas, what I mean is that the MODEL was NOT AVAILABLE in the selection menu! Decided on a whim to look for Ramblers of any model. NO WAY! The brand name doesn't exist!
Then I decided to try a competitor's website, not only were Dynastys and Daytonas available in the pull down menus, they also listed bunches of them for sale.
Cars.com is valid ONLY if you're looking for specific newer models of cars. If you're looking for an older classic, the site is hit and miss at best.
Moose Motors has a great deal of cars and there price compared to the dealers near them was excellent. I am actually sending my sister there to look at a car. Theyq were very friendly and helpful, not like a lot of DEALERSHIP were the sales guy just tries to sell you whatever to make his/her commission
I've been using this site for years. Cars.com leaves sold listings up for weeks, maybe months, after they have been told a car is no longer available. I guess this is to inflate the number of listings. Also, I presume it helps raise the click revenue they can charge unknowing sellers. Lastly, there are clearly examples of fraudulent listings, I feel like it's ALL the private listings. If you respond to them, eventually, some time later, you *will* be contacted about how lucky you are that it's still available. And only by text. I've reversed searched the images, they are taken from other sites. Anyway, Cars.com... they lack ethics and morals and I think they allow criminals to flourish on the web. If I could give them a zero stars I would.
Cars.com is the source of all information that I have on cars. Of course, you are not going to buy a car on a regular basis but when you do need a car, don't buy without looking at cars.com.
I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Mazda City of Orange Park with the help of Joel Montijo. He was extremely conscious of how much I wanted to spend, very honest and answered all of my questions. Joel made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I did not feel pressured or stressed working with him. I would highly recommend working with Joel Montijo if you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thank you Joel for your AWESOME customer service!
