I ordered a part on May 28th, 2020 and today June 12th, 2020 I am still waiting for my part and on my account the item status still says processing. I called to speak with customer service and I was informed that my wait time was 42 minutes. It's very miss leading when your confirmation email says, "Arriving on Mon, Jun 01,2020" then trying to get in touch with anyone seems challenging.
Ordered a part and the order confirmation has the right information but the wrong part was delivered. Trying to get someone on the phone is simply impossible. Will not order with these folks again
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER ANYTHING I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ADDED MY NUMBER ON THE LIST AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I SENT BACK MY ITEMS AND HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH NOW FOR MY REFUND HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS AND THEY STILL KEEP ME ON HOLD THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.
I ordered a part for my truck and they sent me an arrival date of 4 days when i ordered the part, two weeks later i am still waiting for the part. No-one from the company will return your emails. Why are they still in business? If you need a part now, go somewhere else. If you want to wait 2-3 weeks for your part, this is for you. I would think twice when i order from this company. I know i will never order a part from them again.
Tried to cancel my order hours after placing it. No Customer service when i called i sat on hold. Then it offers a call back service, which i did 3 separate times with zero results. Emailed the company directly twice. Sent a message thru Paypal. And filed a return on their website, all without a response. The next day, they decided to ship it anyways. I finally sent a message on messenger, and got a call back in minutes. A young kid telling me its not their fault, and now it's MY problem. I need to ship it back across the country, and tie up my money until they receive it backed. This company is a scam, shop elsewhere..
I ordered two fenders for my truck. Carparts.com cancelled one fender and sent me a damaged fender. I have sent three emails to them wanting a refund. I did receive one email back asking if I wanted them to send me another fender or a refund. I responded refund. That was 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything back from them. Definitely will not be buying from Carparts.com again.
After purchasing a pair of tail lights for my 04 Mini Cooper one has developed a leak letting water in the lens, just three months past the warranty period! Looks like I'll be be buying tail lights every year! When I tried emailing CS I got no response and calling was always busy, forget about their "call you back " feature, they never did, two days in a row
I bought somecrotors and pads for my car on May 20th. They do not fit. Have been trying for the last week everyday to get a return label sent to my email. No luck.! Have been calling # all the time. They refuse to answer phone or emails. Guess I will not being doing bussiness with them any more. Looks like they really want my 81 dollars. Last chance for them to answer me is in this review. I bought brand new roters as soon as I drove half a mile one fell apart. My mechanic said in 20 yrs. He's never seen one do that. So I had to pay extra garage time money, plus buy another roter. Now they won't except my emails. NEVER AGAIN
They quote their items as guaranteed fit. But when the item does not fit, they do not refund your money even when you return the "guaranteed fit" item.
I have been calling and emailing car parts.com online for four days now and I've gotten no responses to where is my refund for the part I returned I do not recommend this company to anybody the parts seem cheap price wise but you're better off buying from local auto parts somebody you can talk to face to face And return parts and get your money back right there this place really sucks when it comes to customer service I would never recommend this to my worst enemy I am telling you people and I always tell the truth do not buy from these people no matter what money they save you because the money you spend and might need to get back you probably won't I told you I'm being honest it's up to you I'll never buy from them again that's for damn sure
Ordered a brake kit on 5/20 said it would ship by 5/22 but may be a 1-2 day shipping delay. Today is 6/2 and order still shows processing. I called on 5/29 but after waiting on hold for 5 minutes was disconnected. I tried to do the live chat but that option was disabled. I emailed then but 4 days later I still have no response. I have however received at least 1 marketing email per day. At the time of leaving this review I have been on hold for 25 minutes and still not been able to talk to anyone. As the title says PLEASE AVOID CARPARTS.COM AT ALL COSTS. Definitely not worth what I thought I was saving.
I've call at least 5 dozen times just to be hung up on. My item shipped to me is damaged. The item has been shipped back. I need my money returned to me but they seem to be hanging up on me. This company is a scam. I paid extra for express delivery and didn't receive my item as stated. As far as I care the item if and when I do receive it csn go in the trash. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will never buy from this company again. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Really atleast 5 dozen calls to try to resolve my issue. Yes my issue isn't resolved yet. I figure they won't do anything for me. Im never buying from this SCAM of a company

This site is either not legit or just really BAD service! I bought too things from they're website, and both orders only came with about half the stuff I ordered! And the stuff thqt came was very flimsy. Do not buy here! It's a rip off company!
So I ordered a skyjacker steering stabilizer "kit" you can look it up it is a "kit" Part Number: S******* what I received was one shock a couple boots a couple stickers one bracket and one zip tie. None of the hardware was with it the other shock was missing and so was the other two brackets, the Ubolts and the other three zip ties plus the instructions. There was although a parts list included that clearly showed what parts I was missing from the Kit I contacted customer service by phone numerous times "waited each time over an hour" made numerous attempts on their web sight "contact us" and wrote many letters to them with ZERO response all I ever got was when I called them was they was looking for the missing parts REALLY it's been over 2 weeks they couldn't just send out another kit with a return shipping label for the box of useless parts and a empty bag. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CARPARTS THEY ARE SURE TO RIP YOU OFF
My order was delivered and when I open the the box it was missing my part! I attempted several times to have this is sure resolved by phone via email and had no luck! Will not use again. No attempt was made help resolve issue? Will never use again.
They have you buy a part then send an email its out of stock after you paid. They then send you the wrong part and have no way of contacting them for refund, I tried calling 5X and each time was on hold anthem dropped. I called sales 3X which is outsourced overseas. They were worthless! Do not use these people!
Was having issues finding my model and contacted them for help - they directed me to the part I was looking for - shipping seemed fast and fair. Took the door all apart and come to find out it's the wrong part. Contact them to see about getting the part replaced and they inform me I'm on the hook for shipping back the wrong part- I even contacted them to make sure I didn't have an issue and now this?
I ordered a car part from carparts.com and I received it on time, but the part was defective. I sent several emails and tried calling and got no response or answer. I am still trying to get in touch with someone about this matter til this day... it's going on three weeks now. So, yeah. I would NOT recommend shopping on this site.
