Shopped around for a replacement side view mirror. Prices were all over the place and mostly very high. CarParts had it, it was inexpensive, and it arrived fairly quickly.
There website said Guaranteed to fit after I typed in my vehicle and it took a week to get the part then 2 hours on phone trying to get right part now have to wait a week for them to pick up the part they said guaranteed to fit and wAit no telling how long for the new one
This company makes no sense, they didn't tell me that I would be charged another 100$ then claimed that it's a deposit. Makes no sense to spend another 100 dollars. They overdraft my account. But wouldn't reimburse me for the inconvenience. Terrible scammers.
I ordered a small sensor. Order it on the 18th of July. Followed the tracking. Never got it. Never came in the mail. But for some reason a return was processed! July 29thThey sent me three emails confirming my return. I never requested a return. They refunded me they say. But I paid 6.99 in shipping and aren't complicating for that? The whole thing is a joke. This company is untrustworthy I advise others to not order from this online company. This year 2020!
I ordered parts that was advertised as a pair. Carparts did not have the pair so they sent out the single part without my authorization. They now want me to send the part back at my expense which isn't happening. The proper thing they should have done was call me to verify that I would take the single part but they took it on themselves to send it out. I actually needed the part they didn't have but since the parts was advertised as a pair I had to get them both. I strongly recommend not ordering anything from them
I ordered a tail light on August 9th it was supposed to be delivered on August 14th! I keep calling can't get through! I will never order again! I need my money or my part!
Invoice initial one amount multiple billings very confusing, poor customer service, really poor and really hard to deal with.
I bought a side mirror for my car and supposed to be here in 3 days via fedex. They lie when they said they had it in stock, so after three days, i guess they received the part from another location and shipped it, so it will take 2 weeks to arrive since i bought it. Horrible service.
Sent wrong part, now they are out of stock of the part I need. Waste of time and apparently a huge waste of shipping expenses. Almost got it right. Ha
I paid for overnight shipping thru this company and wont receive my item til the day after i ordered it. Was given a bunch of excuses. One of which was that because i ordered it after 1 pm it wont count for the next day delivery. Which was not provided to me when i selected the option or i wouldnt have paid the extra $80.
I ordered a part and they lost it and then they didn't want to help me and the part took too long to come and they didn't have no information to tell me they laughed And I still haven't got it
Absolutely do not buy from this website. I order a pair of headlights and everything looked okay until they got installed. The headlights were not aligned and they couldn't be adjusted. When contacting there customer service I was on hold for hours. After sing up for there schedule call back bu there customer service, i still did get a call back. Never buying from them again!
THIS COMPANY IS AN ALL AROUND HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WORK FOR A DEALERSHIP IN ROSWELL GEORGIA AND I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SOMETHING THIS BAD. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED A REFUND FOR MY PARTS I RETURNED FOR WEEKS NOW WITH NOTHING BEING REFUNDED. ALL YOU DO IS SIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS WITH NOTHING EVER BEING RESOLVED. I AM ALMOST TEMPTED TO GET AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED AND SPEND EVERY DOLLAR I HAVE TO GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. THAT'S TRULY HOW BAD THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE IS.
I seen a lot of bad reviews on car parts which had me nervous but I turned out to be a good place to order parts from my parts came on time and they were the right parts thank you car parts I will use you again
Customer service is terrible, average wait time n 5 calls was 42 minutes,,, then there were dogs barking so loud that I could not hear representative. Have been waiting on refund for 26 days,,,,,,,, never again
Ordered my stuff Monday 7-13-2020. Got a email saying Wednesday will be delivered. Wednesday came got a email saying Thursday. Thursday got a email saying Friday. Friday got a email saying Saturday. Saturday today and got a email saying Monday. This is so much bull $#*!.
Absolute garbage website, ordered a fuel pump and exactly 7 days after the warranty of 90 days ended my fuel pump stopped working, very convenient. Support system is trash, they don't respond quick unless you call and even then you are forwarded to people who can't even help you. Don't order from this website, choose another one or better yet get parts from your local auto parts.
CarParts sent me a Free Shipping code for me to use on my order. But when I tried to use the code when checking out their online system declined the code. And when I contacted their customer service department about this they told me that they did not have free shipping. They are a ripoff. I then ordered my part through Amazon and got free shipping.
I have to start out that this is a wide spread problem with internet retailers. They offer parts that they say are in stock but in fact are manufacture direct ship. I ordered a set of AFE manifolds from Carparts.com which stated that they were in stock. After 7 days the order said Processing. I contacted Carparts.com to inquire what was going on. They informed me that it was a manufacturer direct ship and it was back ordered. So I called AFE to find out when they would have them in stock. They assured me that they had over 100 in stock. They also were nice enough to see if there was even an order from Carparts.com in the computer. After 7 days there was nothing. I waited another couple of days and checked with Carparts.com again and I got the same answer. Then I explained how AFE told me that they have over 100 in stock and they told me that's not what it says on there end. Now it 2 weeks later and was just told that they basically have no answers and that I should just keep checking my order status. For reference I ordered a catalytic converter and mid pipe from Quadratec and received them in 4 days. I will never purchase another item from Carparts.com again. If you read this review and still order parts and have the same problem don't say I didn't warn you.
I've been waiting over a MONTH for these jokers to refund my money after I returned a tail light that was the incorrect part for my car.
I've emailed them multiple times and gotten NO response. Atrocious!
