They send you wrong parts and wont send you the correct ones, they make it your problem to send them back while keeping your money. 2 weeks in the hole and truck still not fixed.
Also, what a pleasure having to deal with outsourced Indians to get a return label.
Sent me the wrong part and when I asked for the part I ordered they wanted to charge me another $20. It been over two weeks and still haven't received my replacement!
If you decide to order from here- make sure you never need customer service. They are absolutely useless! I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and followed their directions only to be ran around some more. I just said forget it- at this point you've had my money this long I don't need it but you people clearly do. Talk about a waste of time. Shop else where. Period.
Ok where do I start?! First fuel pump I was told fit my car... it didn't so my car sat on stands for a week until I received my new pump. They wanted me to pay for return shipping but after hours of arguing I finally received free return shipping. Over a week and I still haven't received my refund though. Second pump I ordered was faulty the guage doesn't work so now I have a crap pump after all the time and money I have in. Prices are cheaper but having to deal with their BS and getting a part that is complete crap isn't worth the savings. Spend a little more and save yourself a huge headache and a LOT of time!
At first I was a little worried about ordering a fuel pump through carparts.com after seeing their bad reviews, but four days before Christmas I had made my purchase and they had it delivered in three days when initially they started it would be at the house in four. Installed the pump, and the Jeep fired right up after sitting for five years. Checked Advanced Auto and other sites and I had gotten the pump for atleast $50 cheaper. You guys did an amazing job, and thank you for the early Christmas present Five stars from me.
I ordered a carpet kit on 12/18, when I bought it online they said they have it in stock, so I waited and waited and decided to call today (1/8/21)to follow up, that's more than a month, and found out that they had cancel the order because they did not have the item? If I did not call them today, I would not even know that I was waiting for nothing? Parts guys hung up on me twice, I would never buy from this company, so please BEWARE, and their Customer Service is in overseas, they have no clue if they have the parts they're selling are in stock or not? Terrible experience...
It has been a month. No parts. After more than a week, no refund. I call customer service and am hung up on 4 times so far.

I will never buy a parts from this site. I placed my order 12/9/20 for a 1-5 business delivery. I received a notification on 12/10/20 that my order has been shipped and will deliver 12/14/20. On 12/11/20 I received a 2nd notifications that my shipment will be delayed and will be arriving 12/21/20 this makes me sick because I need the parts sooner. As I check the shipment status, it doesn't moved since it arrived at New Berlin, WI Fedex facility. I am vey disappointed for placing this order and strongly recommend not to buy anything in this Site.
So I chose to do business with CarParts for the first time mainly because of pricing and convenience. My replacement taillight for my Toyota Carolla was pretty cheap, especially compared to other sites. However, the company was not as convenient as I thought. I was supposed to receive the part in 1-2 days. It came 2 weeks later! I would not recommend if your in a hurry to get something.
I would have rated carparts.com with NEGATIVE 10 stars, if allowed.
I ordered a break line assembly kit for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was reassured by the website that the parts were "guaranteed to fit," but I received the incorrect parts. When I contacted customer service, I was told the kit I received was for a Jeep Sierra. I was told to expect an email with a "return shipping label" within 24 hours. An email was never received. I waited 48 hours before contacting customer service again. Again, I did NOT receive a return shipping label, but did receive "instructions" to use "any carrier" to ship the parts back. This means I will have to pay out of pocket to return parts I never ordered. - Will come back to update IF/WHEN I do receive full reimbursement.
DO NOT use carparts.com! Save yourself the time, money and hassle! Shop elsewhere!
Purchased a Climate Control Unit - Direct Fit, Kit for my 2002 Highlander. The photo for the Climate Controls did not perfectly match the unit in my car so I called them to make sure it would work with my model. The company representative assured me it would. When installed it did not work and you have to cut the wires of the old parts to install. So I just wasted $135 and still have a heat/ac unit that does not work. Do not trust these guys for parts advice.
I purchased a catalytic converter for my Mazda, and have had nothing but trouble with it. The company wants me to test any/every item related to the fault code, to make sure that is indeed the converter. I have spent about $800 proving the converter bad, but they still won't admit to defective parts, and refund? Terrible customer service, beware of this company. I hate to say it, but I almost wish that the virus had closed this business down, for all or our goods.
I used an exact engine family number for emissions in CA. The cat converter was guaranteed to fit. It did not meet CA smog requirements. Item shipped from LA to San Diego yet I was on the hook for returning to NEw York. I will not use carparts again.
They took over 8 business day 10 regular days to get my package to me. I will never use them. And I would not reccomend them to anyone. They are a disgrace I should hae just paid 10$ more and went with a reputable site for my part. They lied about shipping. And used the cheapest shipping possible making it impossible to expedite.
Took 3 days to process,, 5 days to ship then customer service is arguing with me asking me why i would contact fedex in the first place... i told them why wouldnt i they have the package right? Wrong it was still at the ware house after being told the day before that once a tracking num was emailed that means it had already been picked up... again wrong... stay away
I had to order 6 repair parts from multiple sources, carparts.com being one of them. Of the quoted delivery times, carparts.com was the longer of them all (5 - days vs 3-days for the others). Now 2 days past the quoted delivery - no parts.
If you can't delivery the parts on the time you quote, then you are in the wrong kind of online business.
I will never use carparts.com again - not worth the $6 price difference.
Always late, wrong items sent, hard to reach, i dont understand how they run their business. They get parts from china first
Ordered some headlights from them because it would be here quicker than amazon, (supposedly). What happened is its now 2 days late. I live on 3 hours away from there hub where my order has been shipped to and its been late 2 days now. I am extremely unhappy with this service. Not only for the run around of calling customer service to get answers.
AND the 3rd party shipping company gave me the run around as well (GLS). But the fact that while i was placed on hold. My father called as well after i was on hold for 30+ mins, his call was answered before mine was. Totally unprofessional. If you are looking a quick delivery date, just go to amazon or somebody else.
The product has not been shipped, ordered on 09/11/2020 and called them on 09/12/2020. Only provided tracking number but not shipped. I asked them to cancel the order, the lady said it has been shipped. Can not cancel. So, I requested to give me price difference credit. They will not do it. Just DONT buy from them. Bad reviews on ebay.
