This company is guilty of violating consumer protection laws. They advertise products that they state are specifically designed and digitally fit specifically for your car, but what you finally get after weeks of waiting, is something you didn't order, and doesn't fit, and cheap quality, and when you contact them to return they tell you, you did get what you ordered, and too bad for you. You have to pay for return shipping. They refuse to email return label. They provide a bogus address to return it to. You are never again contacted that product was received. Never get refund. Call to customer service is waste of time because all records are erased from system of any purchases made. No order number found. No name or email found. No return info recorded. No account info. Just disappears into thin air, and so does money
I order a part over a week ago, paid for fast delivery and my item never arrived. This place sucks and I will never recommend this place to anyone

Save yourself the headache, do not order from this website
1. They guaranteed next day shipping. I ordered on Thursday and was supposed to receive my item on Saturday. I received 3 emails the next day mentioning that my items have delayed.
2. The order does not arrive until Wednesday the next week... How is that overnight shipping... which I paid extra for.
3. After the part arrived, it did not fit... Everywhere on their website stated 'guaranteed to fit' I even called, gave my vin number and confirmed my car make year and model number before ordering... HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN.
4. Whenever I called... they say they want to look into it and will call me back... ut no one ever calls back. Keep in mind, their customer support center is in the Philippines so they can't do much for you and keep waiting to hear back from their US warehouse.
I literally just got off the phone with them after being put on hold again for almost an hour...
Just save yourself the unnecessary headache, the savings are not worth it. I wish I paid the extra $200 and went with another supplier.

Bought a a. C compressor and it was not the one that I needed. They sent me refund papers through email. Said they was not gonna pay for shipping either. Ok no problem. Sent it off and they reiceved the package got an email from them. Then got an email saying approved refund back to your card take 24-48 hours. It was a week later I called my bank and they said they would open up an investigation. I called the car parts.com back all week same thing. Here is your reference number lol. I dont need that i need to know why my money has not been processed to my account yet. That is not helping me. Its 430 and i have been on the phone with them the FTC the lawyer and my bank since this morning at 9 am. I am so tired and upset I dont have time to waste on this. A man named Romeo he said ill call the billing dept and see what is going on in one hour. Its been over 5 hours. I am guessing they send parts out but the are knock offs and they will not refund anything back to you.

I contacted Carparts.com by phone on 6-4 to confirm the product I needed was in stock ready to ship. I was assured they had 3 in Inventory so carparts created a Quote# with pricing and date of arrival.
I paid for the product, with a ship date confirmed of 6/4 arrival on 6/9. I checked Carparts.com several times for updated shipping info and decided to contact by phone the current number listed on my PayPal receipt. The number is disconnected *******866)
I then contacted the sales dept. Marge in the sales dept apologized and researched this order, She said this product was not in Stock and it would be 25-45 days. I requested a Refund. She said she would cancel the order but will take up to 30 Days for the order to cancel. This company lied cheated and of course has my money with no part
The package arrived as car parts would not cancel the order and I opened the box and 85% of parts are Missing. I have emailed Carparts.com but as of this update no reply from them. They still have my money and now I have a very pricey paperweight

Their parts are NOT guaranteed and they will give you the runaround. I was shipped parts that their website said was a fit for my SUB and they were not. I was then told they would send the correct parts and a return label. I ended up having to call back because they did NOT send the correct parts and said they cant. They never called me to tell me this! They wont return my money to get my correct parts until I send them their incorrect parts back. They said because of my troubles they will not charge me shipping to do so! Ridiculous! My SUV is still broken!

I ordered and paid $500 for a bumper and front grille for cadillac srx. Have not received and after calling multiple times have been given different answers.
I received a bumper and light cover for a Ford. I was told that they would conduct an investigation.
They have not refunded my $500 nor have replaced the parts and I am stuck with parts that don't belong to me. They have not attempted to have someone pick up those other parts eithe.

They had an eta of 5/3 on my order before I bought my item. That is what made my purchasing decision. When i called them, they said it would take an additional 3-5 days. That shipping ad was very misleading. They said for larger products its longer. I wish their site would have taken that into account. I asked to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up.
I received my parts undamaged, within a week, and it fit perfectly. I'll definitely order from them again.

Bought a replacement tail light listed as a direct fit for my vehicle. Not only was the shipping incredibly slow, but the part I received was defective and did not fit properly. I tried processing a return claim on their website. 3 days later, no response, no e-mail with a shipping label. So I had to call customer service to successfully process the return. Instead of waiting another week for the replacement to come, I just ordered the part from Amazon for a few dollars extra. That's what I should've done in the first place.
Incredibly disappointed with the experience of a "modern day" website.

Purchased a trim piece for my wife's car. The part was a cheap flimsy plastic version of the factory mud shield but they charged more than the price of the item in shipping. I didnt want to use it so on return they deduct the price of the item in shipping defeating the purpose of returning it because you basically get nothing back. They sell bad parts and scam the customers through shipping fees so you have no incentive to return. I warn anybody about to use their site to steer clear from these scam artists

Purchased 2003 Chevy Tracker rear bumper.
Received in 5 days new bumper but... can't
Install because lower mounting holes are out of alignment and one left upper mounting hole is cracked.
Good price but... lot of problem.

Ordered two parts from carparts.com. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 days. It is now day 6 and they say FedEx is experiencing delays. I checked - Fedex has not received the part from carparts.com. If they lie about shipping what else are they lying about.

My first experience with carparts.com wasn't good which should have taught me a lesson. Ordered headlights for my vehicle that was to include bulbs. After several changed arrival times I finally received them without bulbs, not that I needed them but description did state they were included. Overall product was good. Customer service was of no help, argued the description was wrong. Recently I purchased a front suspension component 4/30 with 2 day shipping (26.00) no sooner than i placed the order the eta changed to 5/3, that changed to 5/5 and has since changed to 5/6 with reasons siting warehouse problems to shipping issues. Impossible to get some on the phone. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me. Avoid this seller.

I ordered a part for my car and asked to have it expidited. After having it pushed back 5days I gave up and canceled the part as I needed to repair my car right away.
3days after canceling this part I receive a text that part was on its way. I contacted the company again. And let them know I was not needing there part as I. Got part somewhere else.
They told me I had to pay for the expidited delivery.
To me expiditing means from date ordered not when they feel like getting part to shipper.
They sent a return form that says I have 2 to 3 business days to return the part.
Well does that apply when I ship only back to them?
I suggest staying away from this company as they do not do shipping as they should.
Please beware whom you deal with because this company has caused me a headache.
And are very unprofessional.
I ordered a blower motor and resistor for a 2012 Nissan rogue got charged within seconds and then two days later another mysterious charge for $17.95. Was told that the parts are being shipped from 2 different places but it's a kit. Now I am worried that it's even a working part because so many people have been scammed by this site.
Ordered trailer hitch for my 94 Toyota 4Runner in stock. Received order confirmation but never tracking. Received one delivery date which came in past then received a delivery date that came and passed inquired about items through email received a even longer window with another date further down the road will not even buy anything from them again
