I had an issue with my order not arriving on time, which was not necessarily the fault of car parts.com but they made it right. The parts arrived in working condition and was exactly what I ordered. Would use them again!
I ordered a part for my 1993 Ford F-150. It was delivered in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit my truck. After contacting the company to start a return, I received an email from Rosalie in Customer Service. I don't have a home computer or printer which is needed to print a return label. I explained that to Rosalie and she issued me a full credit and told me that I could discard the part. The credit should show on my next charge card statement. She wanted to make it as easy as possible for me. You can't ask for better customer service than that. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future. Thank you, Rosalie!

I purchased a part from this company and two days later received an email that the part was out of stock and they immediately refunded my money (without me requesting the refund). I went onto their website one hour later and the part was listed for triple the cost and is in stock. See photos of out-of-stock and refund emails and listing. I would have given this business 0 stars but had to put in at least 1 star to submit review.

Great customer experience. Worked with Shen via Twitter. Package was due 2 days ago and seems to be hung up with carrier. Shen addressed this by sending the package overnight. This will allow me to get my daughter's car back on the road

Received a fuel tank for a Jeep project it arrived slightly damaged and with 2 outlets one in a standard pipe thread the other an odd metric size that no one had a plug to fit had to retap so I could plug it off for use wasn't happy and wrote it in a review and much to my surprise not only did the company read my review but contacted me about the issue and even gave me a partial refund. Very commendable and unexpected I appreciate that they cared it's a rarity these days THANKS!

CarParts has always been great (I've order parts from CarParts a couple of times) the parts always fit and are affordable. The last part I ordered I had problems with shipping, specifically FedEx and arrival dates not being met. I also had the safe problem when I ordered things from other businesses. CarParts understood and refunded some of the shipping expense, without me asking and definitely without having to at all (CarParts can't control FedEx). I will continue to order parts from CarParts as I am 100% satisfied with their selection, quality of items, price and customer service!

I did a review on parts I had already received. One of them didn't last long but did get a response from them. Tried to fix the problem but was out of warranty and basically couldn't do anything more about it. Whoever responded with me was very polite and knowledgeable.

I ordered my fuel pump on Nov 5th I paid for shipping & it said it would be delivered on the 8th. Well today is the 10th end of the day and I still have not received my part. I can't get in contact with any representative. I'm starting to believe I've been scammed. I have no idea if I'll ever receive my product at this point I just want my money back. I'm going to buy my parts else where.

The parts advisor that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I first called he was ready to help me place the order but I didn't have my credit card at that moment, so he offered to call back in an hour so we could complete the order. I was really delighted that he actually DID call back, it shows his level of commitment. After the first part (honda minivan passenger mirror) did not fit correctly customer service contacted me and offered to send a new part free of charge. The new part fit perfectly! It's as if the broken mirror never happened. Customer service was outstanding. Super impressed.

Rosalie from customer care service was great, I had a small problem with my order #******* header panel with grill it was missing the grill clip and stud nuts for the emblem (not a huge deal) but I wrote a review on my pros and cons about the product and within a couple hours of posting it Rosalie had gotten a hold of me trying to figure out how to make it right. They couldn't send the parts that were supposed to come with the product in the first place but I was offered a code for so much off my next order. ( I have no problem with that). This is the first time I've ever used carparts.com and for them to reach out like that and that fast to try and make it right is an A++ online business in my book. So in my honest opinion if they are willing to do whatever it takes to try and make things right will definitely get my business again.
So in closing this thing out, Rosalie if you read this, I appreciate you going above and beyond to make my experience a good one…. And for replying as fast as you did…THANK YOU….

Had placed an order with CarParts and when I received the product it was not exactly as pictured on the website. Although disappointed the part (Brake Rotor) would work but left a review of the product to let them know what I received was not what was pictured. I immediately received email communication from them apologizing and wanting to correct. After sharing pictures of what I received and what they had on their shelf in the warehouse (picture attached) which were the same they gave me the option to return the product which I declined and said I could still use. Once again they apologized and offered an unsolicited partial credit. Shen & Philip in their customer service did an excellent job.

I tried to return a part because it didn't work and found the website and service number difficult to manage and the live person that I talked to said just return it... no call tag. Or shipping label. So I posted a negative review... Someone called this morning and took care of business like a professional service representative should. By the way it was explained to me you just cant return an item with out an authorization which the first rep did not explain. Thank You for taking care of my issue.
