Order# *******, ordered set of custom chrome handles for my 99 4door tahoe, they arrived separately, that wasn't the problem, the problem was that two were made of metal and two were made of plastic, I wrote a brief review of how upset I was about the plastic parts, didn't ask for anything but after reading my review, car parts took it upon themselves to refund the price of my purchase for the plastic parts, best customer service I have found around. Ordered many parts from their site before
Never had a problem until this but they quickly took care of me, I'm now a loyal customer thanks again car parts.
We ordered with car parts.com and there was an error on the part of the shipper. I can not tell you how helpful custom service was in handling getting a replacement sent out quickly. I want to thank Shen especially for all the help. Thank you.

I received a tailgate from carparts with dents and marks due to no bubble wrap in the box used for shipping. I made them aware of the issue and I kid you not, they sent me a refund and made their shipping department aware of the situation so they can "tighten up" so to speak. If that's not a great company, I don't know what is. I'm a satisfied customer, and will be coming back! If you want to buy from a costumer oriented company, carparts.com is the spot! Order#*******

Ordered lights for my truck check out said estimated delivery time in 3 days
Next day I received an email delivered in 10 days after 10 day it's saying should receive tomorrow when tomorrow came it's saying sorry will come the next day we'll long story

Please do not buy from this company i Purchase an item on December 4th some reason my item get lost, they cant find my item in the system, they cant even find my purchase in the system, they cant find nowhere what i paid. But my PayPal said I bought it on the 4th but they couldn't confirm a it but they sure took my money. I don't understand what was going on, now all of a sudden they actually purchase this item from my account fraudulently 13 days later when i Escalated the situation to PayPal to refund my money. Carparts decided to process my order 13 days later when i was told i would recieve my item on dec 7. But that was a lie, because it took them 13 days to process my order an then claim i brought the order 13 days later. Plus they took upon themselves an added another item i didnt even order an charge me for it, like wth. They are Literally mentally $#*!ed, Just too incompetent to even do business with. I guess an hope ill receive my item after new year since they also told me it take 7 to 10 Business days which that's not what I signed up for. So they will take your money and do whatever they want to do with it, and ship your order whenever they feel like it, if they even find it, or if you even get it. Save yourself the trouble an let me take this headache for yall an order from somewhere else this company is very unprofessional.

I ordered a part that was scheduled to arrive on a certain date; but their shipper perpetually reported the order as "Pending" with their LSO shipping service. I contacted CarParts, and they seemingly fixed the problem by reordering the part and promising to use FedEx rather than LSO for shipping. But when my replacement order notice came in, my tracking number was, again, from LSO, which had *never picked up the original order*. I spent an *hour* on hold with LSO never to talk to anyone, and only a "give us 1-2 business days for update" from CarParts for an order that was already late. I cannot trust their problem resolution; they use unreliable shippers, give incorrect information on resolving problems with orders, and do not honor their promises for how their problems will be resolved. I will *not* use CarParts.com again, and strongly recommend no on else does, either.

I recently purchased a "Part no.: A******* x 1 Front, Passenger Side Window Motor" for my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. Keywords here being front PASSENGER side motor replacement. The website listed the refurbished motor as acting as a direct fit for the one I needed to replace in my car, so I ordered the item. Well, the one that came in the mail was not the replacement that was described. The window motor plugs did not match, and not only did these jerks make me pay for shipping, but now they're making me pay for the return shipping as well. I will never use these people for my car needs ever again. Their stupidity cost me precious time and money.

Ordered 2 rear struts for my car. When they arrived they were in 2 different types of boxes and the struts were the same size but different.
One of the boxes was ripped open and was missing the nuts to mount it.

I bought a fender liner that was not made well and made a review on it. Customer service reps offered to refund me for the faulty item instead which helped me a lot. It is reassuring that if you get something that is truly faulty you can get your money back. Especially when the item can not be returned as the liner flew off my car as I was driving.

I ordered a fuel pump a few weeks ago. The pump arrived with the fuel sensor unattached. I emailed customer service and asked for some instructions on how to finish assembling the pump. What I got was a link to a generic installation of a fuel pump in a car. I then sent back a reply explaining what I really wanted. No reply. I then tried the chat line. After 30 minutes of frustration I did get Bry to agree to at least send me a picture to my email of what the thing looked like assembled. That never happened. I called customer assistance the next day. Again absolutely no clue from the girl on what I wanted after another 30 minutes. She finally sensed my frustration and I was disconnected. I finally put the thing together and installed it in my car. Well the fuel sensor did not work. When I removed it I found a small piece broken off of the sensor. Well it just so happened that it was the stop for the lower limit on the sensor arm. I sent a 1* rated review with all of my frustration added in. Within 10 minutes I was contacted by Philip the customer advocate. Very shortly I was given a full refund on my purchase price. And I was told to trash the obviously junk pump. So thanks to Philip I am now giving a 3* review.
