I had a headlight assembly shipped to my apartment. Unfortunately the deliveryman didn't bother to ring my apartment and left the package outside the building's secure gate. I was home, literally 15 feet from the gate. So the package was stolen by a homeless person (on video surveillance), and when I contacted CarParts they denied any liability and refused to replace the part.
I'd like to think that my shipping costs included me receiving said shipment.
I wrote a not so positive review on the item I purchased for my 2014 Tacoma. It was for the trim around the drivers side fog light. It did not fit perfectly and I needed to wrap some electric tape around one of the extrusions to make it hold.
CarParts saw my review and sent me a replacement without me even asking! They did not even ask for pictures or for me to return the original item. Now that's what I call Customer Service. Thank you CarParts!

I recently bought some door handles for my Toyota Sienna and they did not hold up in cold weather so I wrote an honest review for the Carparts.com website sharing my experience. Much to my surprise a customer service rep reached out to me to let me know that the handles were covered by warranty and they would refund my money. I've never had a company take this kind of initiative to stand behind their products. I would give Carparts.com a 10 out of 10 for customer service!

I questioned CarParts about an issue with shipping costs because the parts were available locally. I was told local pick up was not an option, thus, the shipping charges. I was instructed to contact management via the Facebook page. I sent a message to the company and within 3 hours I received a reply and satisfactory resolution. I will not hesitate to do business with this company again.

The side mirror I got was not rotating correctly either because it was the wrong part or because the rough delivery did something. However, Shen really did a nice job resolving the issue to get me the right part and returning the incorrect one. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service.

First off, this site is complete trash… I ordered light for my charger and paid a body shop 500$ to Install them, only to find out they sent mitchmatch lights! So I have to pay the shop to remove them, and pay ANOTHER 500$ to get the RIGHT ones put on if and when they send them. So now I'm paying 200$ a week for a rental… horrible company

I ordered a replacement mirror for my truck (Order# CPZ*******) but when it came it did not fit. I wrote a review stating as much and w/o any further prompts on my end I was contacted by customer service to find out the exact problem and then was refunded. Obviously would've preferred to have the part work but I'm happy they corrected the issue with minimal trouble to me.

Worse company i have ever delta with parts was promised on Thursday then told Friday then told Sunday and still no parts I would not recommend them to anyone lie to you until you place order and then just give you the

I recently placed an order with CarParts.com and when it arrived the parts were two different brands. Since they were suspension components (control arms with ball joints) I would have really preferred to have the same brand so wear and tear would be similar but I didn't notice the difference until I have my vehicle apart and we were getting ready to take a road trip so I couldn't wait for the proper replacement. After going back and forth with the company about this they were understanding and promised to make more of an effort in the future to either ship all of the same components or to at least let the buyer know there was a shortage and give a few different options to resolve the issue instead of sending two different brands.
In the end the company was great to work with and I'll still consider them for car parts in the future.
