I got a iacv for a 1993 honda civic but got a alfa romero one, they kindly told me to return it as they will ship off a replacement, unfortunately it was still the wrong one, one of the customer service providers helped resolve all the issues and sent me 2 stamps to return, they also figured that it was the warehouse that mismatched the part number. Altogether their customer service is superb and i thank them for the help.
I ordered a car part for my older vehicle and while the part didn't exactly have a perfect fit, I was able to make it work. The company reached out to me afterward to try to make it right and better my experience. I was very appreciative of the customer care and how quickly they were responding. That experience alone was enough for me to absolutely recommend this company and to want to return as a customer if ever needed again.

I received the tailgate very quickly it did have a dent on the body line after informing them they issued me a partial returned payment which covered the cost of having the dent removed. They also gave me the option of getting a new tailgate. This company is awesome in the fact the day received it I notified them by leaving a review at 10 pm and the contacted me at 9 am the next day. Great customer service will definitely use them again.

Purchased brake pads and rotors for a 370z with the akebono brakes. Made sure to select nismo. Was sent the wrong parts then had to wait an entire day for their shipper to come pick up the items and for my refund. Do not shop here they will just send you the wrong parts and waste your time. They know nothing about whether parts actually fit or not.

I have to correct my disappointment with Carparts.com. Although I was unable to cancel my order immediately they responded to my email to cancel my order almost immediately at least within a few hours. Customer service***** Stars, Response time***** Stars. I would imagine that Shipping and other areas of the site are on top of they're game. Looking forward to shopping at Carparts.com in the future.

I was very frustrated that I received a part that was damaged. I was reluctant to call because the shipping company had lost my original package. I was not in the mood to deal with one more problem and was going to live with the scratched bumper. I had written a review based on the fact that I received a scratched up part. I was grateful that they read the review and reached out to me on their own accord to make things right. They didn't have to do this but they were willing to put the customer first.

The original review was the web site claimed the part was guaranteed to fit, part didnt fit. All I expected them to do was add that the part may need modification to be installed to the listing on the site. Customer service called me and refunded me a % of the cost of the part. It is good to see companies take responsibility and make it right.

I ordered a Headlamp Assembly and associated Corner Light for the driver*s side. It arrived at the body shop. The bulb in the Headlamp Assembly bulb did not work. The body shop replaced that piece. I let Car Parts know that and Shen S. Was kind enough to credit my DiscoverCard $5.00. I was told that it would take 24 - 48 hours and it was processed inside of 30 minutes. GOOD JOB!

From the start my order had been nothing but one issue after another (said an item was in stock but then it was short, then the alternative offered was short too) tracking never updated past the label being created. We were in extreme need of this part as we have been without our family vehicle for a week.
I was extremely frustrated with the lack of help I had received so far but then I got through to a rep named Shen. They listened to my complaints and immediately offered to send a replacement via overnight shipping. Truly night and day compared to how my experience began. Shen made everything right and they were extremely empathetic as well.
5 stars in spite of the issues due to how Shen came to the rescue and made it right!

Ordered a front bumper for my 2017 Ram 3500. Finally received it (late) and it had a dent right in front on top. Totally visible!
Since it was now backordered and I couldn't wait for a replacement (and had zero confidence that the next would be any better) i installed it.
Left my review. Not a positive one.
They contacted me and offered an $80 rebate.
We'll see if/when that actually gets handled since I read a couple other reviews that had similar issues and offers and are still waiting.
Lesson learned. Never again.

I ordered a front license plate bracket for my 2014 Corolla. The shipping was delayed and then the part didn't quite fit and I needed to take a hack saw to it to modify it. I complained about this and received a call from a customer service representative who offered to give me a full refund and let me keep the part I had already modified and installed. Can't ask for more than that. I appreciate their making this right.

They advertise one price (401.99) and you buy the product but then charge you (784.01) on your credit card. When you try to call or send messages to them they can't find it or don't understand what the problem is! They are scammers! They promise but don't deliver. They steal your money! And don't have the part either!

Worst customer service experience ever. They shipped the wrong part after the order was canceled. Took my money and the part was finally off the truck and returned to the warehouse and they still won't refund my money. Don't ever do business with this shady af company
