I am supposed to receive a $10 site credit for the delay in shipping but you would get that with any order so I really didn't receive anything for the inconvenience. The follow up was prompt and curdious.
Double charge you and make excuses why they will keep your money for days. Lifetime warranty for a reason, parts barely standard. Went to local store luckily and got better parts for only a little more.

Won't get your order on time. Worst costumer server ever. Canceled my order but still shipping order after my request for return. Waited on chat to get disconnected and talk to nobody but a robot online.

I initially had an issue with LSO delivery. CarParts fixed the problem even though it was not an issue with CarParts. Fantastic service! And the window regulator fit and worked like OEM. I'm very happy. Now to see what other stuff I can replace...

I have ordered from Carparts several times, and have always had a great experience. The last time I ordered, I accidentally ordered the wrong part. I immediately completed the "return" form and was immediately approved for a refund. When I checked my bank account, I didn't see where I'd been refunded, so I called Carparts. They assured me that I had indeed been refunded, gave me the Payment ID, and told me to call back if I still didn't see it. Long story short, I ended up calling back 2 more times. Each time they were SOOOO patient and kind, even though they knew they had already fulfilled what they needed to on their end. I even emailed them a few times, and was always responded to in an extremely prompt manner…something that doesn't usually happen with businesses in today's fast paced society. At one point, I was even emailed a screenshot of the actual refund transaction. Carparts Customer Service went above and beyond for me, even when they didn't have to because, as it turned out, the refund had already been in my account for over 2 weeks! For both their patience and kindness (and always their great products) I am forever grateful.

Their Next Business Day shipping option is really 1-2 day processing time + 1-3 days (we're sorry there's a delay with your shipment) FedEx "Overnight" shipping option.
If you need parts by a certain date, I wouldn't order from carparts.com
carparts.com also charges return fees and doesn't offer free return shipping even if the reason for return is "it didn't arrive in time".

They advertise great prices, until we get to the checkout. Then they add $100 in shipping, I can get free shipping if I add $100 in parts. My cart total was $650 before shipping! They're advertising prices, because it's 20% more than advertised after you get to the cart. If I sign up with my email, I can get 10% off is also a lie. I hate greedy companies. Do yourself a favor, stop feeding shady businesses. Don't shop here

HORRIBLE - Stay Away - Will not support products sold - Had to Fight with Credit Card - calling this place crappy is an insult to crap, bought a part I needed, they sent with ZERO packing materials and is was destroyed. They would not respond to messages, would not honor a return for their mistake, was without a car several days with NO response from anyone at CARPARTS.com - now doing a stop payment using my credit card protection as the people that run this site are 100% totally worthless and could care less about you - the customer - VERY UNHAPPY - STAY AWAY you will be sorry (unless you want to be treated like garbage)!

Answer: Evidently not Carparts.com as I had to, even after contacting Carparts.com for help with costs.
Answer: Because they are crooks and just want any extra money from everything else. That's how they sell parts for such low prices.
