This is what they send me a/C condenser all twisted to one side and this is not first time sending defective part I learn my lesson never ever order again from this scammers

I ordere a driver side window for my jeep. I received it and was not able to install it until after the 90 day return policy. After realizing the window was not correct I called customer support and explained the situation. I even provided proof it was the wrong window. All I asked was a replacement for a correct window and they would not do it. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE PART FIT TO VEHICLE. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS WEBSITE. GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE INACCURATE AND PROVIDE FALSE REVIEWS TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD. Photo shows the window they sent me and my window that was cracked on my vehicle.

I was supposed to receive a radiator for my car on the 29 and it never showed then I figured it would be here the next day but it wasn't flash forward to the 31st I shoot carparts.com a message on Facebook explaining what happened they were more then willing to help me out and overnight a replacement for free

I used CarParts to order a variety of parts to repair a damaged vehicle. The prices of the parts themselves were affordable and more importantly the shipping was vastly cheaper than competing outlets. Fast 3-5 day shipping time even with the cheapest option. When I had an issue with one item, they were prompt to respond and even offered a partial credit to compensate for the trouble. Will use this for future purchases.

Fast shipping is great if the correct part is shipped. Be careful with the vehicle/part match selector. I got the wrong brake kit, and five (5) days after requesting an RMA still no progress on my return. Today I tried to just repurchase the correct part in good faith. However the site is now not working. I should have just ordered from Amazon, and saved the shipping cost. Lesson learned.

I will never order from your website again. All you people have done is lie to me. My part ordered last Thursday morning was supposed to ship last Thursday, never went was supposedly shipped on Friday and was missed by FedEx or is your excuse. Was to ship overnight and it is now shipping 2 days won't get until Wednesday does me no good as we are supposed to head downstate for my grandson's birthday and now because of your incompetence we can't go. This is total bull$#*! and never should of happened. Hell if you would of mailed the part thru USPS I would most likely of had the damn part. Please employ people that one might understand. Asked to speak with a supervisor and I got cutoff and called again was told supervisor would call me back but it still has not happened.

When I left a poor review for a mirror that I bought, I thought that was the end of that. I was contacted by Emmy and a replacement mirror was sent immediately along with a shipping label to return the first one. I had plenty of time to receive the second one and install it before the return was due, so that I would only have to take the door apart once. Unfortunately, I have the same problem with the second mirror, but will live with it as I paid about $50 from carparts.com and the same one is about $100 more on Amazon. I do recommend carparts.com. I think the mirror I ordered just has some problems and they did their best to take care of me.
