So i ordered my package and it said it would get here on the 15 but said it was delivered on the 20th. But i called and i waited 20 minutes on the call and i couldn't understand the customer service work for crap. And she wasn't helpful at all. Never going to order from here again they can't even tell me where my package is at they suck

Worst experience ever. Ordered parts that are supposed to be a all in one kit well one part came 2 days later another part comes in now say going to be another 3 days for the last part. This is absolutely unacceptable. The money was taken out at the same time so why weren't my parts shipped at the same time. This company is actually garbage have had customers order parts and get them and completely different on 3 different occasions. Will definitely be referring to other sites such as rock rockauto.com they get it right the first time. Horrible all the way around customer service is below one star.

I recently received a new fender for my sons Hyundai and when I opened the box it had two small dents at the top of the fender. So I made two separate orders my card ended up getting charged for separate times amounts did not add up I called I got hung up on I called back they couldn't hear me halfway through the call. I called back again now I'm mad but shebet Worked with me through our differences came out with a happy conclusion as long as my parts arrive and I right I would rate this a five however some of the customer service definitely needs more work

Recieved a set of mirrors. One box was great the other was broken, box retaped and horrible on order *******. Item had arrived damaged possibly from shipping but was usable with some work. I did not complain nor send back nor asked for any compensation, however they reached out to me to follow up on my order and when they learn it arrived damaged they did everything to make this right including partial refund. This help offset the cost of materials purchased to fix damaged. I am a very happy customer and will refer friends and family to this great company. Product was also good quality. Thank you!
