Ordered a part it said it would be here 6/2/22. Then it updated to it would arrive 6/3/22. On 6/3/22 I received a text as saying it would arrive the next day 6/4/22. Well today is 6/4/22 it's 11 pm and guess what? NO PART! Tomorrow is Sunday which I guarantee the part will not be delivered then. So I guess if I'm lucky the part will show up on 6/6/22. This is ridiculous this happened with my last order and they refunded my order and assured me it was not how they operate and would look into the issue. Well guess what now they need to look into it again. There's not going to be a 3rd chance this is the last time they screw me. What good is it to sell the part cheaper on line but have so many problems getting it to you. This has definitely taught me a lesson u get what u pay for. I'll go back to paying more at the local stores and leave that day with the part in hand instead of being screwed around about when a part will arrive. I'm taking this matter up with whoever I have to but I promise something will get done about this and will definitely leave a bad report at the BBB about the poor service. Do not waste your time with this company It will only lead to disappointment and leave u holding the bag and loosing money having to give your customers discounts or free labor to make up for not having their vehicle ready when u say it should be ready. I lost money on the last job I did doing business with car parts.com now I'm going to loose money again. This is unbelievable. I hope plenty of people see this before ordering parts from this company.

I ordered a part it said if I paid extra I would get the part in 2 days. I paid the extra part didn't arrive customer car did not get fixed when it was supposed to be due to part not arriving as it should. I was out money on customers repair due to car not getting fixed. Cap parts.com should have paid me the money lost but refused. Do not order parts from this place and believe anything said about when part will arrive. I give them a -10 star rating. Update not only do I have an email stating part would be delivered on 4/29/22 the part was delivered today on 5/02/22 I was then sent an email after the part was delivered saying that the part was delivered on 5/01/22 so it's nothing but lies with this company.
Purchased an oil filter housing for my 2016 dodge caravan that had begun to leak. Dealer was on back order like everything thing else post COVID…. Shipped fast. Had it installed. A week later… it failed. Long story short… Ranabesh M. With their customer service department was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely amazing. Ranabesh was great the whole time keeping me up to date via calls and emails throughout the entire process. Couldn't be happier. They stepped up! That's almost unheard of anymore. I would highly recommend Car Parts.com. They earned my business and most of all… Trust.

Said would receive in 4 days. 3 weeks later after 4 hours of phone calls promised to 2nd day ship, 2 more days no tracking info. Called again went to chat and Yan said order was cancelled because part was unavailable. Called order line and they said part is in stock and no idea why is was canceled. Customer service is a joke, call dropped 4 times at 45 min of holding.

Spend your money elsewhere! I made the mistake of ordering a car part desperately needed for an immediate repair based on the website's promised delivery date of the part. I paid double the shipping cost for expedited shipping. My order was not even shipped by CarParts.com until the day it was supposed to be delivered. The "email customer service" form on their website does not work. I sent an email to CS via their chat window and received no response in 24 hours. It took 3 attempts to connect to CS via chat and after a long wait I finally got an associate. The associate, "Seth", was not accommodating or friendly. My complaint was the delay in shipping my order being CarParts.com's fault, not the courier. Seth kept blaming FedEx for the delay when tracking shows they did not even receive the package until after the promised delivery date! I reasonably requested a refund of the expedited shipping charges I paid since the delivery date was not met. The agent refused twice until I said I would dispute the charge with my credit card. This is NOT how a company should conduct business. I will never recommend CarParts.com. In fact, I will leave a negative review everywhere I can and make sure to tell mechanic friends to never order from them. I will continue to shop at the reliable, trusted car part sellers online. CarParts.com cannot be trusted with my business again. A 2-3 delay in this industry is costly.

I recently posted a review about my frustration for receiving a wrong part, but I didn't have time to call the company about the issue since I was stressing about how to pack the part in order to return it. What I didn't expect is a call from the company to apologize for the mistake, and a full refund for their error without me having to send the part back since it is too complicated to pack. A top notch customer service. I have used them many times in the past and this was the first mistake. I definitely recommend them.
