I ordered parts end of July! Part was delivered on July 26 at 2:43am. That never happened! I called the spoke to the rep. Rep was nice and stated they would send a replace that same day. It's 5 days later with no follow-up or new order number assigned. Original order number does not exist! And the no email was sent to confirm the new order #. Call times suck and follow-up should be key! Seems like a lot of people are having problems with this company and getting parts on a scheduled or promised time!
My vehicle is still down awaiting parts! I have multiple cars but most people do not! The service is not good! Do not promise, then under deliver! It's always better to over deliver on expectations!
Its no review nothing happen emails no product delivered. 48$ computer automated scam so far. I need a refund. Its a hassle to get money back. Item dosent exist.

Honestly you are better off shopping at autozone than this joke of a company. I had to call 3 times 3 different days to get an update. Ordered 5 parts only received information on 2 of them. One of the parts was canceled without my knowledge because of limited inventory even though there site says they have 4 in stock. This resulted in me canceling another part because I needed both parts not only one. Then for the last part which the representative told me they have 104 parts in stock. He says that order will be prioritized but I doubt it with this joke of a company. Again you are better off ordering from oreillys, autozone, nappa then this site.

My first time using them and last time. I ordered a catalytic converter and nowhere on the site prior to purchasing did it indicate the item was out of stock. When finalizing the order, the site allows you to select next day shipping for $30. However, because said part was performance they don't allow that. I know this because after placing the order, I get a phone call the next day from customer service explaining they don't have next day for performance parts and they'll be refunding the difference for shipping. I should note that on said call it was once again not indicated that the part was not in stock. After the phone call I figured everything was good to go. Nope, check my email for a tracking number and nothing. Go back to the site to check my order and it shows item cannot be fulfilled. Still no indication the part was out of stock. There were 3 chances to show they did not have the part and they absolutely failed, once when first placing the order, second with the phone call and third when checking the status of the order.

I purchased an a/c compressor from carparts.com, the part was significantly damaged, clutch cover bent, bearing not spinning freely, pully banged up. And part was literally growing a green mold on it. Looked like it was in that box for years.
So, its not the end of the world, I request for a return so I could get my money back. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received a refund. I've talked to customer service, they said that, I should have recieved the refund already, and that they would call me back next day with more information.
They never called back, I'm out $160.00, this is absolutely ridiculous. This was my first time dealing with carparts.com, I would never deal with them again, or recommend them to anyone. My request for the refund was approved on July 2nd. It's July 16th and I still haven't recieved anything. This is unacceptable.

So this people put a hold on the account the first day you make the order, then when the order starts shipping they star charging again for each piece you order separately mind you the still have the hold of the total of the funds, when i call they said that they'll release the funds in 3-5 business days, so the order was 1015. 37 and they are holding that plus another 1015. 37 when the order ships, basically lending them my money for 5 days,

I work repairing cars, so I order lot of parts with carpars. But this year it has been downhill, packages don't arive on time, they ship with terrible companies like LSO who don't deliver and lie that they did, or simply deliver a month after ETA. Refund never happens, replacements never arive. Its said, it was great, now its just horrible. Every dolar saved is a dolar lost trying to find the items that never arive.

I recently bought a new grill for my 2011 Tundra. Car parts wanted a review so I sent them this:
"Very nice product and easy install. I would have given 5 stars but there were two plastic fasteners that were broke on the inside of the grill assembly. Luckily, I was able to fix it on my own and not send the grill back. It looks great, so overall I'm pretty happy with it."
I didn't expect a response but Car Parts gave me a $30 credit for the hassle. Thanks Car Parts, I'll do business with you again!

When searching for a steering rack and pinion, Carparts.com appeared to have the best price since an offer for a 20% off coupon popped up while I was searching their website. So I decided to buy from them. However, when I signed up to create a new account and received an email with the 20% off coupon, it had restrictions not mentioned previously that made it invalid for the purchase of the steering rack and pinion. Additionally, there was a pretty high shipping charge (a lot of online parts suppliers don't charge shipping at all). I ended up buying the part from another online parts house for $55.00 more but with their free shipping and their true 10% off coupon, it saved me money. Carparts.com "baits" you with and attractive offer and then "switches" you to something else. Watch out! As for me, I won't deal with people who use those kind of tactics.

Ordered a radiator fan and paid for shipping so that it would arrive Monday. Monday night no package, apparently when I entered my address it was correct enough to verify as my billing address but not enough to be shipped to. Complete jackoffs running this company, would rather have my car flattened by a steamroller than buy parts from them. Would give them zero stars if I could. You are better off throwing your money into an offering bowl and praying some god sends the part down than trust these imbeciles.

Absolutely worst customer service experience I have ever had. They sent my part to a different address than was provided not once but twice! I had to go around my neighborhood for an hour looking for this part as they continually shipped it to the wrong address. This caused a major inconvenience as I would have been driving my car a week ago if they would have put the correct address. If I wanted to drive to get the part I would have bought it from a store in town. However I will be buying from stores in town now as I'm sure they will not lose my part twice. As you can see in this photo they put lot 27 on the shipping label when I provided them with the address lot 272. And again, this was the SECOND time they did this. The only thing they offered me was a 5% discount but I informed them I wouldn't need it as I will never order from this place again after this hastle, and absolutely no help when I called customer service.

I ordered transmission parts.The first time and they sent me wrong parts. I was satisfied with the return. The second time they sent me the Radiator and debated with me on the car that it was the right radiator when the lines were missing for the transmission hook ups. And then said that they can get me another radiator at a higher price that would fit the car which was horrible and that was your best discount they can give me when AutoZone beat them clearly from their price and I'm able to look at the product when I buy it at AutoZone before I do the full purchase or they give me a return on site and do not have a car to return the old radiator back to car parts to take it down to FedEx and they're demanding that I do that to get a refund when it was their mistake bad customer service

Ordered a fan cooling assembly from CarParts for a 2007 Jetta. Received the unit and discovered that the control module was broken was only able to use the smaller fan and not the bigger fan and the rest of the assembly.
Contacted CarParts and they were helpful in processing a partial refund for the product.
