needed asap ascured me it would be here on the 2nd of Sept and it still is t here on the 8th. It was only 2and a half hrs from me but went to west Virginia and now in Charlotte NC part had to goby my town to go to these places

I paid for 2 day shipping with company and 7 days later I am yet to see my part. Never ever ever ever will I use this company for parts again. They have cost me lots of money with their lack of care in getting my part to me on time. The part online looked like a quality part, mixed with Cheap price I figured I would take a chance. What a mistake!

So I ordered 2 items for 228.68 and when I checked my bank statement it said there was another charge of 110.65 on the same day as the 228.68 I needed that money they didn't say anything about extra charges highly upset

Based on our records, the $228.68 happened last 8/28/2022 is just an authorization hold that will automatically go back to your account within 3-5 business days once the order is completed.
Moreover, we only charged your account once the part ships out from the warehouse. Since the part you ordered came from different warehouses, we charged your card incrementally. The $110.61 charged is the actual charge for Radiator with part number P2307 and $118.07 for Radiator Support with part number F250301.
For your reference, I sent you a copy of your invoice to your email.

I will never buy anything again from…
I will never buy anything again from there. Ordered a part and never received it. Email company and the said they will refund my shipping cost and I can return the part for a refund. But I never got it. So basically I'm screwed. So I wouldn't suggest using carparts.com again.

Delivery was quick. But when starting my brake job on my 94 F150 rear drum brakes I realized they did not include right side parking brake kit. Just putting old parts back on which defeats the purpose of a full break replacement.

I bought this product on July 12th. On July 13th, i put in a cancellation at 12PM. At 6PM, on July 13th, they printed a shipping label. On July 14th, they sent an email of delayed package and revieved my request. I checked the tracking on this package all day the 14th, it stated as "pending" all day. On July 15th, I recieved said package. Now they want me to pay for my own shipping to send it back. They believe it is not their fault the package is sent. BUYER BEWARE of being frauded shipping costs for their failed communication within their own company. If I canceled a package with Amazon during "transition", they reroute that package. This company just failed to look at their system in order to spend consumer money, and give then the headache of returning. As well as have consumer lose money.
Told me part was cancelled id receive a confirmation and they shipped it anyway, i would never use them again

I ordered a wheel bearing on Saturday. Order didn't go through. I called Monday. I was assured it would be here Tuesday. Here it is Friday and still no part. I called and spoke to customer service twice. He kept saying rest assured. Let me see if you rest assured when you are stranded! Do not waste your time trying to save a little money.

Ordered a part that was in-stock on Monday 8/15. Received email that said it would arrive on Thursday 8/18. This was later updated to Friday 8/19. FedEx states that label was created but no pick up was scheduled. Called CarParts.com customer service and was told that FedEx has shipping delays! FedEx states they have no shipping delays and that a label was created but no pick up was scheduled. They advise me to get a pick up confirmation number. Called customer service and they were of absolutely NO help. They don't know what a pick up confirmation # is and they have no contact number for their shipping department. They'll get back to me in 24 hours via email. Just be honest people!

Ordered a part with a 2 day delivery time frame and I have now been without my vehicle for over a week waiting on the parts to be delivered. Multiple chats with customer service and all they want to give me back is 15.76 on a 92 dollar order. My vehicle is what makes my money to pay my bills and being without it dont work. I will be going to a different company for any parts that I need in the future.

See apart store and they can tell you what fit your car and what can you have for your car I order radar you don't return my money back to my card without making me notice first I'll giving me a call but they did up on their own and cancel my order out and I don't think that's right so if you want something baby you better go somewhere else because car parts have these foreign people that take people I'm kindness for a weakness my apartment stalling me for because they shipping to the wrong address I never got consent for that deal I just received my money back but they should have took that part and made it and say okay this person always spending money with us no they did not do that so I'm telling you like this huh do you people don't give a dog about us and we spending our on her money to buy our parts and if it can cancel out our order when we be needing our parts and when you check any website and the part is there they come back to you and say the part is out of stock when it was on the website ever since I ordered a part on August 9th and now they come back and say oh they are the stock when it was installed they're taking these parts for they self and then the customers got the suffer not anytime I have to wait 7 1 to 7 business days to receive my money back that's not cool they don't know when a person or an apart and when a person need that part but not even when he want to come back to me now and tell me or I do have another part it cost $80 so they want you to spend the money there the way they want you to spend your money no you don't do that I lost a part before I brought more people to their business I order stuff from they business and they still treated me like s*** I don't think nobody needs to go back to them because they do bad business with these foreign people

After calling there customers service for about three time, concerning the shipping address being incorrect. Now my order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted them and requested for a refund and to cancel the rest of my order. Now they are telling me that I will need to wait until they get there parts back for my refund. There customer service overseas can not handle issues, they are only good for orders. Which is only good for there business.

I ordered (2) rear calipers and (1) front strut assembly according to the chart they provided. All three parts that came were incorrect. I sent them back for a refund, that is were everything went wrong. I received my refund check from the company in the mail for total of $45.00. This company horrible and would never recommend or by from them ever again.
