I recently purchased a bumper and fender order #******* for my Saturn Vue 2004 almost everything was perfect minus the bumper cover was scratched and scuffed but a customer service advocate Shebet C. I recently purchased a new Chrome hood trim for my Cadillac. The description appeared to have a black gasket/molding attached to it. When I received mine the gasket was not attached. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement part. The replacement part also does not have the gasket. The representative was very helpful in researching the issue and determined that it does not come with it. I was issued a refund for the part and will continue to purchase parts through Carparts.com.

I bought a water shield for under my car to protect it from water getting in places it shouldn't. The part didn't come with the fasteners needed to attach it. I worked with customer service and they made the situation right for me and will let the manufacturer know the fasteners would be helpful. Great job CS team!

I placed my order October 13 th in the morning, well within the time frame, for Saturday delivery, I wasn't given a shipping choice, and if I had been given one it sure has hell wouldn't have been fedex smart post! It would have been UPS! Now I don't have my order and I have to wait a week for a refund! Nice not in a good way either! Carparts.com doesn't care about there customers or they would stop using this carrier!

I had a problem with my order order number ******* I did receive my part pretty fast and was able to get it installed. A week later my coolant light came on and it was the new part leaking. Contacted customer service and they replaced it right away. Got the second one put in and right away it was leaking in same spot as first one. It's not a easy task changing radiators so I was mad. Contacted customer service and they would offer a full refund as long as I ship old one back witch is fine but I didn't have box cause the first one was returned with replacement ones box. Customer service Contacted me and gave me a full refund and assured me they were going to there supplier to find out why I had ended up with 2 faulty radiators and said they were sorry and that no one should have to go through what i did. I'm pretty sure they just forgot to put seal in when assembling it together. They do take pride in selling good parts and thats why i like this place. They care about the quality of what they sell and if there is a problem they fix it. The customer service here went way beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy after my experience.
I use this place alot and this was the first bad experience with getting faulty parts. I would highly recommend this website. Shipping is fast and parts are affordable
And if you do end up needing customer service they pride there selfs to do what that can to make it right. There friendly and easy to work with. Hope this review helps some people out. Normal I would give 5 stars for quality but with radiator leaking I can't on this review

I ordered a fuel pump and it said if you pay this much money you will get it in 2 days well its been a day a it still says processing so I chated with an agent and I asked if my order would be here on time and he said no we won't even ship it for 2 more days so I said why did I pay extra money for it not to come on or before the date and he said sorry our website is not accurate on the dates

I ordered a catalytic converter and it came with no packaging at all. None. Just a box with a catalytic converter/exhaust manifold in it. Damaged gaskets and it chipped corner of the exhaust manifold mounting flange. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I have a lot of cars and buy a lot of parts but it won't be from them again.

I placed two separate orders and the company cancelled both orders as they said the items were out of stock. I had a suspicion that they didn't want to pay the "free shipping" to Alaska and just lied about the items being non stock. So I sent them asking if the specific items I had orders were in stock. They said they were. This is not an honest business.

After receiving this Hood I took it to the body shop to have it installed, when we opened the box that it was in, we found that the Hood was bent on the sides, The ends were curled up, also there were dents in the middle of the hood. I am thing to sent it back for a refund
