I ORDERED SEVERAL PARTS FROM CARPARTS.COM AND HAVE FOUND SATISFACTION IN A COMPANY! THEY ARE NOW MY GO TOO PEOPLE FOR ALL MY VEHICLES. I MENTIONED SHIPPING COSTS THAT I THOUGHT WAS HIGH AND WANTED TO JUST GO PICK UP THE PART AND SAVE THE COST. I MENTIONED IT IN MY REVIEW OF WHAT I HAD ORDERED WHICH CAME QUICKLY WAS PACKED WELL AND FIT LIKE A FACTORY ITEM,,,I TOUCHED ON MY SHIPPING ISSUE AND PAUL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOT BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY. I HADNT EVEN REALLY EXPECTED ANYONE TO EVEN READ IT! HE HELPED ME WITH THE SHIPPING ISSUE MUCH TO MY PLEASANT SURPRISE. NOW I DONT EVEN GO TO OTHER SITES FOR PARTS I GO STRAIGHT TO CARPARTS...COULDNT BE HAPPIER, WISH I HAD DISCOVERED THEM BEFORE I STARTED RESTORING MY CORVETTE,,IM BETTING I COULD HAVE SAVED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLRS!
Make sure it's the correct part. Match it!Recheck with the customer representative b4 completion. They will make sure you're satisfied in case there errors made. Definitely reliable with reimbursements.

Order *******. I had ordered a power steering pump and after about 100 miles, it starting whining pretty bad. Called customer service and they got me squared away with a replacement. Really sucks I have to do the job again but Brooke had wonderful customer service skills. She gets 5 stars.

The attendants answering the phone think that clients are next to them speaking and talk very low.Cannot hear them correctly.
Also they promised same day shipping which has not happened, and if i do get my parts by Friday as promised will be vwry disappointed.

I ordered four parts (shocks/struts) as a set. 3 of 4 came quickly, and the last part came over a week later.
I was in a time crunch, so I couldn't install the front struts and went with the auto shop's parts. I did voice my concern regarding not receiving all four parts at the same time; Carparts.com did reassure me that the part was coming. I was impressed with the customer service. They did offer me a refund for the unused parts. I will order from them again.

Great prices but when I go to pay, the shipping costs DOUBLED what I would have to pay.

Not to long ago I purchase one Coolant Reservoir for my 2015 Kia Soul which is a universal fit but it wouldn't fit mines because mines is flat and long but this one is short and wide or square well I let them know of this and they said they would return my funds back to my card without sending back the Coolant Reservoir that I purchased which I can't use anyway for my vehicle.Now this is more than understanding, business like,and desiring to keep Customers Happy spending funds with them.

They charged me multiple times and then said they just wanted to "verify my account" they charged me $159 extra to "verify" my account. I waited DAYS later just to receive my parts versus the initial day. The customer service was terrible and unprofessional

This is a follow up rating to my previous posts order #*******, (fuel pump). If your thinking about ordering from Carparts, stop thinking and know you're at the right site. So when I placed my initial purchase I was told it would be delivered on Monday, that turned out to be incorrect. It took till Wednesday for my delivery. I didnt expect to be contacted about my last review, they contacted me and offered to send a new part or to do a partial $40 refund, since the part was usable even though it showed minor damage, I went ahead with the partial refund. It was just cool that they actually called to remedy it, i didnt expect that at all since i hadnt asked for it to be remedied, they have great customer service so im re reviewing this to give 5 stars.

If you ask for a refund from this company they WILL NOT give your shipping cost back they keep that for themself. I had to fight to get any money back from this company I do NOT recommend this company to any one if anything I will tell them to run away from this company.

Lol carparts.com is a horrible site to order anything I literally ordered a whole front end and in that time I had one part come damaged packed in a box to big and no support just a freaking plastic bag over it. When the radiator support got delivered it looked worse than the one that was already on the car. Then the bumper never came and currently waiting to get another one shipped we'll see if that even comes. Long story short this will be my first and last time ordering from them ever and I would not recommend ordering from carparts.com to anyone doing work on cars.

If customer service tells you this is the part you need you trust them. I gave yr, make, model, and sub model, tell him i want rear rotors and pads he asked if it is single piston i say yes witch it is. When his real question should have been is the front a single or dual piston because that will make a difference for the rear. I have a car torn apart and old parts are not going to go back on and i am told the new parts are not available for overnight 3 to 5 days. That was my first time to use car parts and obviously my last.
