So to start off I ordered some window motors for driver and passenger window driver side worked great and passenger didn't. So I hit up customer service and wow they got back to me so fast and resolved it so fast. Customer service response was awesome part is already in route. I will definitely be buying more parts from this site. Thank you guys
These people are the scum of the earth I will never order a damn thing with them again. I order a part they say they have the part in stock after they take my money hours later they send me an email stating that the part is not in stock and they said that it will take 3 to 5 business days for me to get my money back to my bank

The parts and service are great, but they're refund practices are crap. I accidentally double ordered a part so I called customer service. They told me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well… it took almost 3 weeks, and they made me jump through hoops to get my money back.

I've ordered my car parts on Wednesday said they would be here on Thursday then said Friday then said Saturday got a text saying Monday but got a email saying Sunday then told me my parts were shipped out I knew something wasn't right so I called fed ex and the only information they got was they only made the label it's false advertisement they lie to their customers just be honest is all I'm asking instead of having me take days off work losing money and having a unsafe car so I know so I can work something out until my parts do arrive I'm highly considering a lawyer if my parts don't arrive by Monday I have everything documented this is my first time ordering and is going to be my last. And I will let everyone know about this because it isn't right doing this to people your customers should be your first priority not just taken their money then lying to them

Although the part I ordered didn't work out for me, customer service the whole time exceeded my expectations! Was notified when my order shipped, and when I first tracked the package, it gave me a delivery date. Went to track it the next day, and now shows "Delivery Date Pending". I call customer service to get an update, and because I ordered around the holidays, they said the carriers are really backed up and refunded me the shipping costs for inconvenience even though it was not their fault since the package was already in FedEx's hands. The next day I tracked it, and a delivery date was posted and arrived on the day it said. Order was correct, everything was included, a few days later I took it to a mechanic to get the part installed. About 1 week later, the part goes bad, ordered the same part, but on a different website, that part ended up working out for me, and now I have to return the part I ordered from carparts. Called to request a return, provided me with a return shipping label with clear instructions, returned the part, arrived back to the warehouse on time, and got my refund a few days later. It's nice how they have legit people working for customer service and not bots. Overall, customer service made this frustrating situation go smoothly, A+

I have gone back and forth with this company for weeks to no avail! I was supposed to be sent 2 parts for my car, but only received one after multiple delays. After reaching out to the company and FedEx, as the carrier, I was notified that Carparts.com has a policy that requires the carrier to return the package after 2 failed attempts. However, I was home all day during both "attempted deliveries" and never heard anyone knock or drop a package. After checking the tracking information, FedEx listed my package as "refused by the recipient - return to sender." Therefore, I reached out to FedEx (who sucks and failed to do absolutely anything and did not hold the driver accountable) and contacted Carparts.com who apologized and issued a replacement part to be sent. However, after looking for the tracking info, I called the company and was notified that the rep. That I talked to never filed the replacement. Again, I had to speak to someone else who ended up filing the replacement part order for me. Days came and went and I never received that package either. After checking the tracking information, the same issue arose. I called Carparts.com and told them to inform FedEx that they could hold the package and I would just come to pick it up. The representative told me that she would send an email with info when it was available and after checking today, the package was, indeed, sent back to Carparts.com. I am completely done and feel as though I wasted my time and money! I will contact my bank and advise anyone against ordering from this fraud company.

This company has the worst customer service for mail order ever. I ordered a part for my Lexus that I wound up not needing. With everything, the price of the part with shipping, handling, and tax was $99.00. I returned the box unopened. I paid for FedExp shipping back to them because they had a time requirement to qualify for a refund which was that they needed the part back within eight days of the order. After they received the returned part - they charged me a restocking fee (I think that's fair) but there was also a slew of other hidden costs. They only credited my card $69.00. Wow. $30 for nothing! Great business model when you can actually make a profit on returned items. When I nicely requested a re-evaluation of my order and an additional refund - I was met with "that's our policy" and obstinance instead of "no problem - we want your future business - how can we make this right." I will never again buy anything from them and will steer everyone I know away from this place. If in one word I could explain my experience with Discount Parts Monster it would be disappointing.

After my part arrived I waited on decent weather to proceed with the installation.
After the deinstallation of old window motor unit & installation of the new unit I found the wires crossed, ie, the up was down & the down was up!
I had to cut the Red & Blue wires & reverse to make it work correctly using a couple butt splices.

I'm impressed with the lengths Carparts has gone to...to satisfy a customer. I simply left a review for replacement headlights stating they weren't very bright and I was disappointed. A week later I get an email offering replacement. Once correspondence started the customer service reps were on top of everything. Good communication! I have to give them an A for effort. That's not to say the replacement headlights are any better as I have to wait until dark to find out...

I decided to keep the broken part, just because it was holiday season and had family over and I needed the car running and even thought, they refunded me a 100%. Somebody from the customer service called me apologizing for the inconvenience and was very professional saying they will work with their manufactures about the bad quality part I received. Thank you and I still being a loyal customer. Problems happens. It just depends how good companies and professionals deal with it. I ordered a Windshield Washer Reservoir for my Nissan Frontier. Turns out the new item leaked from one of the seals. CARPARTS replacement process was easy and smooth. The second Windshield Washer Reservoir also leaked from a seal. Fairly frustrated that both new items had the same fault.
Brooke, from CARPARTS Customer Service made it right, refunding my money and providing a discount on future order, which is more than I was expecting. Brooke also stated they are investigating the issue with the part I ordered. Very satisfied with the response from Brooke at CARPARTS and glad to see that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

These guys sent me the wrong parts, as a matter of fact I don't know what car these parts go to. I have contacted them via email, via phone, excuse me their "Google Fi" phone which you can't leave a message on. Thank God for Amazon I was able to purchase the parts from another vendor but the parts I bought from LAB works are just sending her my garage.

Ordered a rear tail light assembly on 12/14. Shipping info sent next day to courier. Waited over 2 weeks and no further shipping updates. Contacted customer service on 12/27 and told them to just cancel my order. Supposedly a refund was approved on 12/27 and advised to allow 1-7 business days to show in my account. I'm still waiting for my refund. Never received part and they stole my money.
