Bought coolant tank, waiting until cooler weather to install since I'm in FL. Tank failed, and company said I am out of luck since it sat on my shelf for over 90 days. Coolant tank should be able to handle much more than 90 days on a garage shelf.
She was very helpful with the issues that I'm having we shouldn't have any but she corrected it all really appreciate that keep up the good work guys I love it

After placing an order twice because they put the wrong address the first time, I realized they printed the label wrong a second time so I called to cancel both orders and they refunded me just the amount for the part but not the shipping even though the parts never got shipped at all.

Placed and order and was informed it would be delivered on Monday. Received an email the following morning saying it would be delivered Wednesday due to "adverse weather conditions" in Texas. Which might have been an acceptable excuse, were my package not being shipped from two states away in Illinois. Then with am absolute stroke of genius not only was my order two days late; the only shipped HALF OF MY ORDER. Customer service was happy to offer me ten whole dollars. The "maximum" is evidently $20. So half my order was 2 days late, the other half still hasn't arrived a week later. They couldn't even expedite shipping. If you've got time to waste, you've come to the right place. You're better off elsewhere. This company has screwed up every step of the way, even with every communication. They can't even get my name right...ON THIS WEBSITE AS WELL?! I didn't mean for "what else could this compnay mess up," to be taken as a challenge.

I ordered two parts a fender and the liner
The fender itself was being shipped thru xpo. It was supposed to be delivered today. I called and it's still in Virginia where it started!
The fender liner was supposed to be delivered by fedex today and it's also still in Virginia waiting to be picked up by fed ex!
Is this how you guys do business?! Tell your customers and have them pay for shipping for timelines you can't keep!? This is horrible! Now I need to call the body shop and reschedule to have them installed because they couldn't deliver when they said they would.

You guy ere supposed to refund me 83.45$ now I received a email saying that I only will get 67.35$. Today in the morning a transaction no authorised was made in my bank account for 13.38$ and same day was refunded to me.That was real illegal from car part. Charged 13.38$ with out my permission. And them putting the 13.38$ back.I know what you guys doing.you guys are horrible. Bunch of criminals…you never refunded the 13.38$ because they were my. You guys pulled out and put it back on to said that ya refund me 13.38$ and to wait 3 to 5 days for the 67.35$$. Bunch of delinquents.and the agents are part of this. I talk to 5 different agent. They will put me in hold for 40 or more and then hang up on me..

Fairly simple exercise: buy front and rear rotors and pad kits. Got the rear rotor and front pads in short order, all okay (except for the fact that neither of the parts are of any use). One week later; 'Oh, [says customer service] we're out of the rear pads that are part of the kit, you'll need to order another type, and the front rotors are being processed.' Days after that; 'Oh, [says customer service] we're out of the front rotors that are part of the kit, and you'll need to order another type'. Well, good luck with that because when the front pads come in (which means that I'll have received three quarters of what I "need" ten days AFTER ordering it) it's ALL going back. I do NOT reward bad behavior.

I messaged carparts.com's instagram, kind of frustrated and worked up that my part was a couple days late after i had to pay for shipping. I was responded to almost immediately and was informed as to why there was a delay (it was because of bad storms where my part was coming from). After informing me of the storms they then refunded me my shipping price I had paid initially.

What's the deal with this company and it's customer service? 1st attempt at contacting customer service I was hung up on. 2nd attempt as well. Finally a rep called me back, only to try and lie as to why my part will be arriving 3 days later then expected. I paid $28 for next day air, yet the part won't arrive 3 days. People don't waste your time and money with this company.

Haven't received the parts as of yet. Spoke to a rep and was told that if the order was placed by 1pm that day (Wednesday) that I would receive it by that Saturday. Called when I didn't get it Saturday and was told it hadn't left the warehouse despite it being marked shipped. Here it is Sunday and it still hasn't arrived at the local Fed Ex center for delivery. I guess I will order from Rock Auto in the future.

I received the box and thought it was WAY too small for what I had ordered. It turns out that the aftermarket replacement is much thinner and more malleable and easier to bend than the original. I was reluctant to open it. The store was exceptionally difficult to work with in verifying before opening the package. I wanted to send them a photo from my phone, but they were too scared to pass me a cell#. I've been a real estate agent for almost 20 years. NOT... ONE... PROBLEM with people I don't know having my cell phone. Besides, how hard it is to just block someone? Aside from the phone issue, they just treated me like I was bothering them.
This company will sell you a part, but has no concern for service.
I have since found MUCH better places of service for parts.
