Very pleased with my rims and tires. Everyone at Carid was very polite, professional and responsive. I ordered my rims and tires back in the last week of June and chose to have my tires mounted and balanced on my rims (free service) with the understanding that there is a longer lead time for that service. One of my rims was damaged upon unboxing them at the warehouse, prior to mounting the tires. I only knew this as my July 18th expected ship date had come and passed, without any status change of my order. I ended up taking a discount on the damaged and discontinued rim. It took another week and several calls to find out where my rims and tires were.
I had issues receiving my tires from the freight company and their logistics with semi loads and residential neighborhoods. Eventually, the first of August, I picked my rims and tires up from the freight company after my 2nd attempt! Ultimately, I got great rims and tires at an unbeatable price, but the 6 weeks of anticipation and logistical challenges were slightly frustrating. Although everyone was polite and professional, I wish the expectation matched the experience, regarding time from for delivery.
