I returned a set of tires to CARiD over three months ago using their return label and FedEx confirmed they were delivered. End of story. Yet CARiD refuses to take responsibility and provide any update because they "haven't confirmed the return". On May 15,2025 I called again to get some kind of update. I spoke with Kelvin, who was immediately rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager Ashley. While I was on hold, I could hear everything they were saying in the background. And what I heard was absolutely disgusting. They were trash-talking me, calling me names like "f***er" and "idiot," saying they were "sick of me calling every day," and literally planning to just lie to me. I heard them say things like, "Just ditch him," and "This f***er will stop calling eventually." Are you serious? It was incredibly disrespectful and upsetting. I have made every effort to resolve this matter, but Ashley, the general manager, continues to avoid my calls, refused to call back after I left her 14 voicemails. This issue needs to be escalated immediately, and employees who treat customers this way should be held accountable.

Was a big waud of plastic in bottom of box and the parts were poorly packed. The corners of both rockers were bent and damaged. For the price charged for shipping was definitely not worth it!

Flawless experience with CARiD and the abs sensor. Got it installed and got rid of the dash light show. Yal just might wanna partner with shipping options other thanFedEx. Wasn't too fond of paying for "next day", only to get it days later. Kinda defeats the point of paying more for faster shipping.
