Spent $4000 on Dub custom wheels... Took 6 months to get them when they told me 2. Was always gave the run around... Was always told the wrong information... Got the wheels yesterday... Wheel number 4 is missing chrome in the lug hole... Which is fn crazy 2 me... Since they were supposed to be inspected by Dub and then car id b4 I got them. I have to wait 48 hours to hear anything which 48 hours to them is weeks I'm sure. They wouldn't let me talk to supervisor. I'm about to pull my freakin hair out. If they try blaming this $#*! on me... Omg, I'm gonna loose it!

I ordered something from carid, and i got the wrong item, so i wanted to returned it, so looked up on how to return an item, and i had to submit a request return. I called and i submitted it, they told me i was going to receive a shipping label on my email withing five minutes of the call, i've been waiting for three days, and i haven't got the email yet. They are the worst, stay away from CARID. I will just keep using amazon and ebay.
About a year ago I purchased a set of towing mirrors for my 2013 Chevy Silverado. At the same time there was a set of chrome covers advertised with the mirrors. I asked the order "specialist" if these covers would fit the towing mirrors. He answered that they would. The towing mirrors are exactly as advertised and installed easily. However, the chrome covers are for the stock mirros. When I called CarID customer service, I was informed that the order "specialist" no longer worked there and that nothing could be done about my situation. I now have two pieces of chrome junk sitting in my garage.
Ordered rims and tires was put on back order 3 times been waiting a month for a refund still hasn't got it... dealing with the bank on this matter now.
Ordered parts for vehicle. Items do not fit and they are duplicates. Smh. U are unable to get ur money back. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD. So now ur stuck with parts u have absolutely no use for. Bad Business that's what they are
This company will sell you products that don't fit your car then when you call them about they put you on hold for two hours and then don't refund all your money to you. If you liking dealing with shady people then sure buy from them but if you have to return your items you won'the get all your money back

As bad of an experience as can be. I ordered the part on March 3rd and was told it usually takes 4 weeks to ship. I've been putting off body work on the car waiting for this. I called on April 3rd to check and was told it will only ship at the end of April. I asked to cancel at this point but was told it's not an option since it's a special order and on the order it says April 27th so I accepted and waited. April 28 comes around and I call. I'm told it SHOULD be shipped by May 31st... are you kidding me?! Bad service. No communication. Disappointments left and right. And I was expecting this so much...
After 30 plus years dealing with car restorations and repair I have ordered hundreds of car parts on line and mail order. I have had some disappointments, but most were able to be resolved. I ordered a bumper cover for a Mercedes from CARid. They outsourced the order to another company. After I received it, my installer said that the it was the wrong part, and could not be made to fit. After a dozen emails to CARid, and talking to five different "customer service" reps, all I am getting is the runaround. They originally promised me a full refund for the item plus refunding the shipping charges. None of that is happening. Neither CARid nor their supplier will take responsibility for their faulty merchandise.

I have been dealing with this company for over a month and a half. Order a body kit that I was told was in stock. After 2 weeks was told backorder until June. Ordered just parts that I was told by a supervisor would ship in 3 days a week later said they were back ordered. Ordered other body kit since car in in shop ready to be painted and that one shipped, deliverer was to call body shop manager to set up delivery. Was delivered Monday night when last employee was leaving, no deliver set up just dropped off. Kit was damaged spent over $800 dollars and they will do not thing for me. I have called numerious times. Never can talk to a manager, they say will call you back with in 48 hours. Supervisor are not very helpful and rude. They act like there doing you a favor and you did something wrong. I am rung up on at least two or three times ever time I call and wait on hold an average of 30 minutes each time I call. Now I have a damaged body kit my son paid for that can't be used and will not give me my money back or exchange because they dropped off without appointment. Scam, scam, scam. Worst company I have ever deal with and I have been in retail management for 30 plus year. Run don't walk don't order anything from this company unless you want to spend your life on the phone and never get want you want and if you do if will be damaged and there is nothing they will do for you. I guess that is what they think customer service is?
I purchased a grille guard for nearly $450. It arrived damaged, which was not apparent from the packaging. CarID has refused to accept a return or allow a refund. I now have $450 worth of useless scrap iron.
I purchased a part that explicitly stated designed to fit a 2009 Audi Q7 which it absolutely did not and was clearly not a match. Customer service wanted to give me a $10 store credit and wouldn't accept item for return. Never again

Long story short, Purchased a set of LED turning signals for my truck, the first set came and they we're used, I installed anyway only to find out they leaked and became for of water, so I returned them, second set came and the same thing they appeared to be used and in a couple of days they had water in them too, called CarID and they said they were out of warranty? What? They wouldn't replace them or refund the purchase, BUY BEWARE!
Was told my a shipment would arrive in 2 days. Not only did they get my address wrong they lied and said it would be shipped the same day. Now instead of 2 days like I was promised I won't get it for another week. Very frustrated and mad that i was lied to!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
