I made three purchases on different days, two of them very well, they arrived quickly, but the third one I made the payment for express shipping and what happened, it arrived late as if it were normal shipping.

While the online and ordering process was good, the shipping and receipt of the product did not occur as described and explained in the online video.
I was told by the carrier the driver would call to confirm delivery time.
While I was home when the driver arrived, he neither called or rang the doorbell, he simply left the product on my driveway and was gone within 3mins of arriving.
There was no damage to the product, however I had no opportunity to inspect it prior to the driver leaving as explained in the video.
I found this disturbing that the seller made a point of how the product was to be received, and that it did not occur that way, especially since it was pointed out that if I didnt note any defects or damage during that inspection that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund...
