Ordered wheels Feb 27th. Was told they would be in end of March. End of March came, was told end of April. End of April Came was told end of May. Asked to switch to a wheel I could get quicker. Switched wheels. Was told new wheel end of May. End of May came, was told end of June. Asked again to switch to a wheel I could get QUICKLY. Was told end of June. It is July 17th and still NO WHEELS!

Purchased a set of LED lights first they sent me 9005 instead of 9007 and it was a hassle I had to take pictures of my bulbs vs the ones they sent me before they would exchange them when my vehicle calls for 9007 bulbs. Now fast forward 7 months I had a problem with my low beam on one side instead of sending me out a new set and I'll return the old ones they make me trouble shoot the problem and send pictures and they don't respond immediately meanwhile I have a vehicle that I can't drive at night without fears of receiving a ticket I'm so frustrated with these people that I will never buy from them let alone buy from the internet Thank God for brick and mortar stores F. Ordered wheels and tires on 6/26 still haven't got my order. Was told would ship on July 7 then July 14 got fed c tracking # on715 destination Orlando FL. I live in Illinois called them 25 mins on hold justin gets on phone tells yea that's where they end them to be mounted. 3 to 5 working days for that then 3 to 5 days for ups to ship. NNever will I do business with this company again. Filed report with BBB and credit card fraud division. They need to lock the doors

Beware of CARiD.com! They don't stand behind even their own web page. I purchased a product that said there was free shipping. I completed the transaction, and got a confirmation email. They emailed me days later saying that they needed more money as their site made a mistake. At one point, they said they would honor it, but then came back again (a week later) to ask for the shipping. Even today, their site and sales people have not corrected their web site for this error. A reputable company would have owned up to the error, and honored the terms of the transaction. I know a little about of taking care of the customer, but these guy's don't.

My car has been at the mechanics cfg or a month while a part was on back and was told 24-48 hours for almost a month. Customer service reps like to get you off the phone and move on to their next victim.! I also ordered 2 struts and system glitch sent me 2 driver side fronts. Customer service accused me of being my fault! Horrible service. Stay away!

Do not use

So i order my product and after i paid. They told me it would be a month before it would ship out. Ok. Not something I had to have right away. Well a month goes by and still hasn't shipped. I call. They said they would let me know within 48 hours. Guess what. They did not. I call to cancel and no there tell me. They may not be able to cancel my order and have no idea when i will get it. So it this point. They just stole my money.

My order was placed two weeks ago today and every time I call I sit on hold until he phone just gets disconnected. I've been going through this since I made the order. This is just why I usually shop locally, I'll never order from them again I should've knew something was up by how they kept sending me emails about what's in my cart even though my order was already placed... what a joke

Any good reviews for this company has to come from their employees. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. 4 hours of trying before I was able to speak to someone. All I wanted to do was cancel an order I placed 30 seconds before my first call to the company. Was told the item was set to ship the next day but a cancel request would take two days. Even through the order had yet to begin process. From the other complaints I've read they have not intension of processing a return once it's shipped out. It's not worth to little bit of money you may save.

Ordered seat covers for my new truck late May of 2020. It is now mid July and i still do not have them. Contacted non customer service mid June again on June 29 and was told it would ship by July 9 and i would receive a tracking number. Today I was told they still did not have a tracking number and would be notified in 24-48 business hours.
No time was wasted debiting my account. Now i have to see how to get my money back.

I bought mats for my 2004 BMW Z4. They were promised to fit like the BMW mats. What they sent me were think, raggedy cut plastic garbage that DOESN'T FIT!

They don't give refunds! They requested pictures and vin number, then wrote back saying they sent me the cut specific to BMW Z4. The holes in the mats are 3 inches off from the bmw floor hooks! I'm so. Pissed!
I won't use them! I just threw away 60 bucks!

False advertising

I ordered genuine leather seat cover for over a 1000 dollars. I didn't realized until too late that they were flimsy vinyl. Carid offered me a 30 refund for their false advertising. A very bad business with poor customer service.

The company put falsificated information that item was delivered but even was not included into the parcel.
Based on the company fraud activity, the company has not sent two items to me and provided false order status as shipped and delivered. So, they would not like to return me my $218.68

$130.65(item)+$10.95(delivery) + $48.30(item)+$10.96(delivery) + 8.875% (NY Sales taxes) = $200.86 + 8.875% (NY Sales taxes) = $218.*******

Defected product
July 13, 2020

I ordered some rims. Took 2 weeks longer than expected to receive them. Once I received them, the rims were defected. Two different rims shows said the rims were bent yet CarID would not return the rims.

My customer service experience was terrible. I kept getting the run around. At the end of the day, I am stuck with some rims that I paid for. Yet I don't want.

Don't order from this company, they are online. Order from a local company so you can have some face to face interaction. Once they get your money they don't care to help you. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Ciard unhinged
July 11, 2020

I ordered a rear differential cover for my truck. When trying to check order status the order could not be found I waited and gave it more time. In the mean time I contacted them for a rear axle assembly. They seemed confused between front and rear and said the don't have one for this vehicle. I contacted zumbrota the front for the axle thur the their web page I was told 5 to 7 days to get a core for rebuild. Cairds web page after 4 days still could not find my order I canceled when looking at the axle cover I found the manufacturer was listed going directly to their site the part was also listed. It appears ciard middle mans items. I recommend look elsewhere. Still waiting for refund will contact paypall in a couple of days and file a dispute if nothing happens.

I did procrastinate so I am partially to blame. But they are the ones that sent me the wrong size. I even took photos showing how it didn't fit. What happened was the Toyota dealership offered to install it for me. They said it was the wrong size and I need the next size down. Well it was way after the short return time (designed to keep the returns at a minimum) and they offered to sell me another one. Ha! Don't buy from these guys they will not help you if something is wrong.

I purchased brake calipers from CaarID with the opportunity to send my old calipers in for a slight refund. When the packages arrived, I realized I was never sent return labels. It took 3 attempts reaching out through their online chat to eventually get the return labels. The refund was supposed to take 10-15 business days to receive, but it has been 2.5 months. Today was the second time reaching out to them, and they said the refund should be sent to you within 10 more days. This was the same thing I was told the first time.

CarID has no accountability for their distributors. If I didn't return my parts within 30 days, I would have been out of luck. If their distributors don't follow through with their promises, they say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will send them an email". Its unacceptable and this company is borderline a scam.

CarID tell your distributor to send me my refund. The fact that its taken 3x longer (so far) to receive my refund than what was stated in the initial purchase is robbery.

Bought 4 rims. They shipped me 3... told me to pound sand... had to file PP case to get money for the fourth rim back and buy it direct from manufacturer! This took 3 MONTHS! Never again! BEWARE!
