Ordered a motorhome cover 8/20/20 from Carcovers.com. Liked the cover.
Had to order a replacement under warranty via email 12/16/21. Had to pay $95 shipping on the replacement for the 1st time in my 17 years of motorhome covers. Didn't arrive for months. Called Carcovers.com several times. Was told still on back order and "should ship soon". Finally, blamed Canadian truck protest blocking the border. Replacement cover finally arrived some time in April 2022. Wrong cover. Zipper for the door now way too far back. Called Carcovers.com again. Told "Sorry"… Warranty only covers 1 replacement. That zipper in the wrong place? Now busted. Wide open, flapping in the wind. Called Carcovers.com again. Told again "Sorry"… Warranty only covers 1 replacement. Now recently, covered the Bounder just this week after 15 days on the road. Cloud of gray dust. Yes, that wrong replacement cover with the busted zipper is now deteriorating into a pile of dust. Is this a health hazard? Called Carcovers.com once again. Told to initiate warranty requests through email and was hung up on. So used email as told to. Received automatic response "Your request (xxxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." Still waiting on their latest response. Maybe short-staffed like the rest of the country?
Ordered a cover for my car, I waited one week, no cover, I called they said it's back ordered, 90 days. They said we will upgrade you, no charge, still no cover. They gave me a UPS tracking number, called UPS they said it's a bad number, called car cover, they said can't help you. They suck, I'm in the process of making a claim to the BBB, one week later, they still show a label has be created, but UPS, still says no idea. I also checked the number with the USPS, no good.

We got the Ultimate shield car cover for our 1952 MG TD, it had deteriorated and rip it big hole on the cover just a week after one year! When I tried to reach out to the customer service. Jumped all the hoops, they told me I can get a replacement for prorated warranty, $32.99 and $19.28 for shipping.
If I knew this is going to only last a year, and I wouldn't not buy it.
Purchased one of their cover only to discover it did not have stitched in straps to handle the windy Michigan winters we have. The cover was never opened in original packaging. The refused my RMA request because they said it had been over 30 days. They cant even count or are straight up rip off artists. UNBELIEVABLE

This "premium" cover doesn't even fit properly. They sold it as a form-fitting cover that basically billows in the wind. The cover disintegrated within a year. They have a full "warranty" that requires that is prorated. You end up having to pay half of what you paid for the cover originally. The cover is junk.
We were out of town and left car outdoors for 3 weeks and found no dust when the cover was removed. Found the fit a shade loose compared to other covers being used in our neighborhood. Feel the straps for securing covers should be provided standard and this may help the fit.
I bought the premium cover for my 2000 Tundra. Talked with the sales rep. Before purchase to let him know that the truck was parked out side all the time in Riverside calif. Fit was good and held up well for a year and a half. The second year i noticed a tear next to the seam at the rear of the cover. I called the sales department and sent picture's of the tear. Guy told me that i must have pulled it while it was tied up or when it was wet. The cover or the truck is heavy and does require pulling into position, and during folding up for use. So I didn't get any satisfaction from conversations for a replacement or repair. So really their warranty is not worth the advertisement they publish on there site.
I bought a cover for a 200cc motor scooter and not only did it not fit the way it was put together made no sense at all.
The cover I bought was supposed to fit up to a 300cc motor scooter.
Then they make you pay to ship it back and then charge you another 20%. Just for the hell of it. I paid $100 and got back $60 for badly designed motor scooter cover
But what you need from Amazon they treat you well.
Ordered a cover May 28,2022. After waiting for months and numerous emails (and two different excuses from the company) I wanted a refund. To this day, September 14,2022, I have received NOTHING from the company and EVERY contact has been initiated by me. The WORST customer service I have EVER received in my life! It's obvious they have no intention of refunding my $149.99, they completely ripped me off, never sent the product and have stolen my money. RUN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY!
For weeks and weeks I've been trying to get a cover for my BMW Z4. I bought a motorcycle cover earlier this year and was quite pleased. Find the cover, paid for it, and when they said it was delivered it was no where to be found. I have cameras on the front porch and documented that nothing was delivered. After 10 days of investigating, Car Covers sent me a replacement. Same thing happened again, UPS said it was delivered but my front porch cameras prove that is a lie. Why every other vendor can find my house and successfully deliver a package except Car Covers is beyond me. I have asked for a cancellation of my order and a refund.
Since we got the cover we have had some severe weather. The cover covers the wheels and holds tight, never even tries to lift. So far I like it a lot.
Ordered a cover for a 2003 Dodge van regular roof, receiver a cover for a raised roof van. Using it any how, just a lot of extra material. I can live with it. Good material.

Great fit and well made. The bonus micro towel was a great addition to the purchase. I liked it so much I bought a cover for my ATV.
I spent $175 on a cover for my truck. When I opened it, I noticed a tear on the sewed seam and immediately opened a warranty request. After several back and forth emails with them pretending not to see my attachments, they finally acknowledged the issue and said I had to pay more money to get a replacement sent out and that I had to call them to do this. They also tried hard to up-sell me on a more expensive and unnecessary cover. All I wanted is for them to ship an exact replacement to the same address as the original order. The stopped responding to my emails after I told them I would not give them more money in order to get a replacement sent since it was their quality issue and not mine.
The product was satisfactory for the price, fit is in no way custom but adequate. My complaint is with the customer service I recieved when I contacted the company for warranty as the cover came with holes along the seams, sent pictures and all requested info was determined that I was entitled to a replacement now is were everything goes wrong. Was told that I would have to pay shipping for each cover and since the damage was not my fault I dont feel I should have to incur more fees. When passed to a customer service management person who was straight up rude and condescending told me it was probably my fault that the damage happened didnt care what I had to say... pay the money or shut up. Have no problem with the product but their follow up and warranty are a joke. Wont buy from this company again

Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.

Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
