The vehicle cover was a good price. The shipment was expedient. Of course the best part of the transaction was the excellent fit!
We bought a $400+ "Extreme Weather" RV cover which came with a "lifetime warranty". The cover did not last one winter. When processing the warranty we were told to pay a $30 processing fee and a new cover would be shipped out. When we went to process the claim the fee suddenly became $95. Although we had the verification email for the $30 fee they would not honor it. "We simply cannot change the fee, the warranty will not process. But we can offer to drop the fee to $75." Which is clearly stating they can totally honor what we were originally quoted.
We've been on the phone with them multiple times and communicating via email with employees and supervisors who are incredibly unprofessional. When we spoke with a supervisor who goes by the name of "Michael" all he does is talk over you, tells you it's your fault and then hangs up.
Terrible company, claims the covers are made in Canada yet there is a "Made in China" tag on the cover itself. Won't not do business with again.
Ordered an Indoor car cover form Car Covers. Package arrived very damaged. Called customer service and told them the details of the damage. They asked for photographs before issuing RMA. Sent images of damage, still no RMA. Package looks like it was packed by a juvenile. Don't know what is going on with this company but their service leaves a lot to be desired. Still waiting for RMA. Car Covers asked me to open the package even though it was damaged. This is not what I expected for a very straightforward problem.
This company trades on lies and deceit cannot understand how people are so gullible to say their covers are great when they are available at half the price at auto stores my dust proof cover was advertised as perfect fit on two counts wrong not dust proof

I have only had my cover for about a month, it keeps my car cooler in these summer months. It is very easy to use
Bought cover took 8 days to get it box was open missing cable and lock on on 12 day waiting for cable and lock no tracking number for it, wondering if I ever get it, mean while don't want to use cover with out being able to lock it, cover is nice
This company will spam you with email if you order from them, worse than others. Do not buy their products of you want to keep your inbox clear of their crap.
I ordered a cover for my dirt bike 3 1/2 weeks ago. It took them 3 days to tell me that the cover was going to be back ordered for 2 to 3 weeks. Spoke with them today and now they're telling me it's going to be even longer. Not once was there any kind of contact with me. I would very highly recommend going somewhere else and dealing with somebody that cares about their customers.
So far I love this cover, I really haven't had it long enough to review the wear and tear. It does look and feel like it's going to be great.
Was worried if the cover would fit and it fits like a glove. Would recommend it to all our friends.
This car cover fits like a glove. I have used the locking cable once when it was windy, just so it wouldn't blow off. I couldn't be happier!
This cover is of high quality materials, has been super in keeping my RAVA4 clean & sharp. Also had ordered the wind clamps for cover used for week and one broke all I did was call company they in turn mailed out replacement same day! This cover is also perfectly cut to fit my RAVA4 and secure cable with lock was a good finish.
CarCovers.com sold me their top of the line Platinum car cover. But when they failed to meet the delivery date I requested: They repeatedly LIED about when my car cover would arrive which was important to me because I needed IT by a certain date for travel. When I realized that the car cover wouldn't arrive at MY CLEARLY specified date, I was immediately informed that I would be PENALIZED with RESTOCKING & CANCELLATION FEES. I THEN spoke to a (incredibly rude) CarCovers.com supervisor who really didn't want to hear why I wanted to cancel my order. All she wanted to talk about was the extra charges they would bill me for. Long story short: I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CARCOVERS.COM AGAIN & NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
So far this is the best car cover I've had. The previous cover wasn't waterproof and it froze to the car in freezing weather.
Purchased the top of the line rv cover for a travel trailer in October 2021. Cover fit as described but ripped in several places. It tore at the bottom, the places where it had straps had large tears. Didn't even last one winter. They did agree to replace, however, wanted $95 shipping. The item cost me $425--- and i need to pay $95 for a replacement after only a few months! No way, why would i want another one. Live and learn. - Even so, they should replace it for free.
Mine ripped in 8 months. They are replacing it at my cost of $95.00 shipping. And the replacement has no warranty. So after this one ripps in under a year i will be looking at their competitors. For the money they charge it should come with a better warranty.
I bought a outside car cover from this company in 2021 that lasted around 6-8 months before it started tearing and shredding. The company did offer to replace the cover but needed a cover for a different vehicle do to selling the original vehicle. They agreed to this for a 30 dollar fee. I received the cover but the vehicle that I purchased had a major mechanical flaw and I had to sell this vehicle and buy another. I then contacted this company that I did not use the cover and it is still in the vacuum sealed bag and could I send this one back and swap for my currently purchased vehicle. They agreed but I would have ship it back at my own expense. I did this and received the cover which did not fit my vehicle. I informed them of this and they requested that I send them pictures so sent them pictures. They said they would send the would send another cover, the following day I was then informed that they will not replace my cover that they were informed by the replacement department that " this is the best fitting cover we have". So at the end of the day if you want to purchase a cover that only lasts around 6 months and its boasted to last 10 years (ya right), guaranteed cover fit (ya right) and return within 30 days (ALL Lies!) BUYER BEWARE!
Buyer Beware! Carcovers does not stand behind their products. I purchased 3 PWC covers from carcovers.com I specified my exact models I have 2 different models and they sent me 3 of the same covers. They all fit over the PWCs but they do not fit the shape well. The first time trailering them the covers flapped all around. They came loose, the zippers opened up, and one developed a rip. When I returned from my trip and reported this to carcovers it was 34 days from the time I placed my order (not delivery) and they said I was past the 30 day warranty and they would not refund me. Their products are not as advertised and poor quality.

We understand that you are not satisfied with the fit, as our courtesy, we would like to offer you a 10% discount refund to your covers. For the cover with a rip, I have forwarded the information to our Warranty Department. I am still waiting for a feedback.
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
