I purchased an rv cover for my camper last fall and it tore apart within a month. It does not fit snug on the camper even though I ordered the size for my camper. Any amount of wind picks the cover up and whips it around. I was required to pay $65 shipping to have a new one sent to me, which I found to be hysterical since their item didn't even last 30 days. I ended up ordering some straps off amazon to place around the new cover to help secure it better since the cover does not fit snug. I was able to get this one to last through the winter, but while inspecting it today, I found multiple tears. What a worthless product. Definitely not quality and will never order another item from this company. I completely wasted money with this company. I would like my money back for this product or a FREE replacement, as I am not paying another dime to this company for a crap product.
I bought a car cover that arrived with stitching undone. When I called to tell them, they wanted to charge another $184.00 to send another! Oh… they were also out of the one I needed… of course!
$600 for a piece of crap. Within 3 months it started to tear on the roof and then the sides and within a week completely torn down the whole side and now laying on the ground. Refused me a refund and will replace even though I don't want another one for$100 in shipping! Now I have a $700 piece of crap cover! Horrible product!
This was totally sewn wrong and have been waiting for a response to get an exchange. Haven't heard anything in 5 more days this has been going on for 2 weeks. Even asked questions in reference to dimensions and never got a reply. Tried sending photos that wouldn't go through. Pretty much ready to just ask for my money back
Item on backorder for several months, requested a full refund. Waited on hold several times for over 30 minutes. Emailed with a reply stating 3-5 days refund would be issued... several days several attempts to speak with customer support and no luck. Would not recommend instead try California car covers, fast shipping great service and great customer support
The cover worked ok for two years, doesnt fit 100% and since it doesnt have ears, its hard to put the cover on a suv car, it keeps Sliding down,, but thats not a big issue the cover tore in two years i called them for a lifetime warranty they gave us, and boom they aasked for pictures and then asked me to pay $50 for the new cover? Really. Is that how you deal? I pay 1/3 of the cost of the cover and you send me a same cover that tears in two years? Try to buy original covers, they cover the car well and stay on..

Nice fabric. Seems more durable than previous cover. One down side is the bungee/clip combination used to keep the cover in place. Previous versions had straps sawn into the cover which worked great. New version has weak cover clips that pull off in high wind. That's the only reason for the missing 5 stars.
Moved back to MAssachusetts in 2010, bought my Car Cover and my Nissan Pathfinder has never been in the snow. Great purchase and when I lost a grommet they replaced it with two. Best service and cover ever. You will not be disappointed.
I purchased a platinum (their top of the line cover) for my new truck and after 16 months less then two years is deterating on one side were the sun hits it. My truck get very little use as I have a work truck to use every day so I bought this cover from carcovers.com to protect it and it's falling apart. Their ideas of a replacement is to prorated it and I still have to pay 1/2 of the cost of a new cover and and it's supposed to have a life time warranty. They called it a tear but you can sè it is dry Roted from the sun the other side were the sun is not on it is fine. I purchased a RV cover for my popup camper based on seeing how proudly they share about their lifetime warranty and opted to spend a little more money than other covers based on this info. I live in Arizona so the sun is pretty extreme and tends to do a good amount of damage to anything left outside. Needless to say we ended up getting a tear in one of the corners and I jumped through the hoops to let them know about the rip including pictures. My claim was approved and I only needed to pay the $95 shipping! Good luck finding that on their site. I realize there may be a cost of shipping but that is extremely excessive when I go on USPS and its $44 for priority and $34 for ground based on the weight/size of the package. At $95 shipping that means the covers actually cost $64.
You may opt for a different company.
I paid $30 extra for 1-2 days delivery for a reason! They shipped it ups ground. I called and talk to a rue agent name "Isaac" or something similar to that. Very rude and need to learn how to talk and resolve any issues with the customer instead of being rude.
Ordered and paid for express shipping. They changed to regular shipping without informing me so no arrival as per the order. Tried to get a straight answer from them but all I heard was "our site is down, call back in an hour" Did this several times. Notice paid for Express Mail but they put in as regular. Dont expect by Christmas and don't pay for express mail. Not happy.
I inquired about return to sender shipment/refund. After 1 week I did not receive a response to my email. Finally, they responded with a generic response instead of answering the 3 questions I posed. Then I tried calling to get answers and they raised their voice at me and said I should have called a week ago instead of emailing. I don't think it should be necessary to call if they have email service, and I don't think it's fair to blame the 1 week response delay on my choice of method of communication (email). To make matters worse, they were being aggressive. I would not buy from them if you want any after sale service.
I Bought a cover for my RV on short notice as I had to leave town for emergency. I had it rushed, even bought a cover a little bigger to ensure it will fit. My rv is 33ft so I ordered one that will fit 33-35ft. Said it was guaranteed to fit with several layers of high quality material. Once I unboxed it and attempted to install over my Rv, i was having such a difficult time, several neighbors and other campers came out to help and assist. This cover was the most pain and Made with the cheapest material, the zippers wouldnt zip up, the tie down straps ripped right off. It was embarrassing and after all the help trying to get this thing to work I hope no one buys a cover from carcovers.com. Absolutely terrible.
Worst fit ever. My experience is these Chinese made semi-custom covers are sized to fit a broad range of vehicles. The one I received blows off in moderate winds, even with the optional wind straps installed. After sending customer service pictures of the poor, very baggy fit, their response was, "You purchased a semi-custom cover that is sized to the length, width, and height of the vehicle but not specifically made for the vehicle. We also sell 100% custom-made-to-order covers. They are a bit more expensive than these semi-custom." The company did not offer a refund. Given their only resolution pushed the cost of a cover that actually fits to that of premium Made in USA cover, I opted to not gamble further and went with a USA made cover from an industry leader that guarantees their covers to fit, period.
I bought the Black Satin Shield cover from Carcovers.com for my 2019 Corvette. The cover is soft and fits like a glove. This is the second cover I have purchased from them and I have been very pleased with Carcovers.com including customer service. The Black Satin Shield is perfect for keeping the car clean after a wash before your next drive, great for your classic or weekend driver/show car.

Just returned from the Ohio week deer hunt. Bought the Max Shield cover for my 2021 Polaris Huntsman 450 HO. Great fit, easy to adjust tight fit with the straps and hem cord. I bought it to cover the atv when trailering. Down the I 90 at 70 mph, a little buffeting, but I think to be expected. Did not tear the material, all seams held. Only thing was the two access zippers unzipped causing them to flap; but no damage once I pulled over and re zipped them. Probably my fault for not checking them before heading home. Great product and definitely "Trailerable" as stated.
Make sure you don't need to return your cover because they will make it impossible. I tried to return mine and they put up as many road blocks as they could, first offered me 20% off to keep it, then told me i neede all documentation on delivery, then to ship it back at my own expense and then would get a refund after 30 days. Finally, they offered me 40% back to keep it. Next time will order from Amazon!
Ordered a cover with plenty of time for any reputable organization to get it to me when I needed it. However, several days after ordering I get a notification that it is backordered, even though the website said it was "In Stock". When I got the message that it was backordered, I checked the website again, and sure enough, it still said "In Stock". Several days after that, the website STILL claimed the product was "IN STOCK". I needed to then ship a different product 2nd day to get me "something" when I needed it. I had to pay $40 more to get it via 2nd day shipping.
Then after I finally got a tracking number from them, only after prying it out of them in a chat, I saw that it shipped ground, even though I paid for 2nd day.
Can I give them negative 3 stars? For incorrect info and taking my money and not delivering a product/service?
In a chat, when I raised my objection to paying for 2 day shipping and getting ground shipping, the response was "Sorry it was backordered", which didn't address my objection at all.
Never again will I do business with this organization.
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
