Ordered my car cover back on Nov 9th, was immediately told the next day it was on back order. I figured no worry, it's close to the holidays, lots of sales! But! After repeated attempts of trying to contact the company about my order ( which still hasn't arrived! Jan 4th). They have horrible customer service, and seem to be going out of business. Why else dodge everyone's calls and not send customers there products which they promised. Stay Away!
I ordered a custom floor mats from here on 10/25/20, didn't receive it until 12/2/20, after trying to install it I found out that the back mats was totally wrong. I wrote them on 12/6/20 with picture and video to let them know it was the wrong one for the back. I received auto email from them saying that they have receive my email and a ticket has been created. Haven't heard anything from them for 5 days. I wrote back and ask if they plan on addressing this problem and still nothing, I've been reaching out to them on 12/16,12/18,12/19,12/23, and 12/30. And still no email, no phone calls. So I guess that they decided to sell me a bad product and keep my $300+. What makes it bad this is my 4th time buying from them.
Cover was NOT in stock as advertised. Upon complaining and threatening to cancel my order, they shipped a cover in within days. Problem is that the cover does absolutely NOT fit my car and is way too big, about two feet too long and sides are touching the ground. Will not recommend or purchase from carcovers.com again.
I ordered a motorcycle cover and it was out of stock so I requested a refund 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten it, I've been calling, sending messages and can't get through to anyone! I'm very disappointed in the customer service they are providing and I really need my money.
Unfortunately my cover doesn't fit. I assumed it was because of the shell I had on my truck(which I accounted for while ordering) but when I took the shell off this weekend it was still short by a few feet. It's been after 30 days so no luck with a return or exchange. I suggest do everything you can to test fit it before the 30 days are up. Don't throw away over $200 like I did.
I ordered a car cover on Nov 8th, well before the Holiday Rush. It's Dec 19th now - it still hasn't shipped and their customer service can't give more details on when it's expected to ship... only that it remains 'backordered' The most frustrating part is the website still says the cover "Ships Next Business Day" and "2 Day Free Shipping" which is quite disingenuous. If it doesn't come by Xmas, I will cancel and will not try to order from this vendor again.
‘Custom fit' laughable. No wonder grommet holes are provided. Material is extremely lightweight- ok, it's easier to put on- but one has to question durability. Weird that there's no place on Carcovers.com to add a review. I find that telling.
Bought the Platinum cover for my class A motor home. I have questions on the fit of the cover and used the online chat. The person I chatted with could not answer my questions and said she would have someone who would know contact me. That was over a week ago and no one has contacted me. I also filled out a survey about my purchase and my concerns about the product that I purchased. I have not received a response about the survey either, I guess that once they have your money they really don't care about helping you.
Bought an "ultimate" cover late 1/2020. Fast forward to early 12/2020. The cover has been on/off the car 4x as car is parked and not used. We have noticed it has been thinning (rotting) due to some run and sun (in SoCal) but now unrepairably ripped.
We have an Explorer cover that was bought late 2016 - We noticed it thinning too (flannel is noticeably sloughing off onto the car) but a gust of wind last week totally ripped it almost in half...
We've bought probably about 6 covers over the last 10 years, but no more. Quality has definitely deteriorated and not sure how this cover could last 10 years unless it was in a garage! Extremely disappointed.
Tried chat support and told me to submit a claim on the website, so no help (couldn't tell me if it could be covered under warranty as warranty page on sure is unclear). So, submitted a claim and waiting to hear back...
I used to recommend car covers.com, but not any more. The 10 year warranty is a joke if a cover is barely used and doesn't even last 11 months! And, just throwing away $200 a year for each car - no thx!

Received only one of my 2 items i ordered (#*******) contacted them 11/24/20 and no response then again on 12/02/20 and no response except the automated we will get back with you within 24-48 hours on both.
Ordered a cover on Oct 12,2020. They said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund. Nothing. Called back. Nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Called and now I have called 3 times sat on hold for long time until recording said I needed to leave a message. It's December 2 NOTHING
I ordered 2 car covers from this place but only received 1, all my attempts to contact them have resulted in being put on hold till a recording comes on and tells me to leave a msg. After generating a support ticket which also has no response to this date. I was not given a receipt when my order was completed and the order number on the label on the box shows to be invalid. I have never before in all my years of ordering things off the internet have I received such poor customer support. I am very glad I did not order all 5 of the covers I wanted to.
Canceled my order and within four days received a full refund with no issues. Expected some grief in settling my issue and was pleasantly surprised with the response from Car covers.
Ordering via the web was quick and easy. The cover arrived promptly and packaged well. The fit is excellent like it was custom made for the vehicle. It is so easy to put on and take off. I could not ask for more. Thanks CarCovers.

Ordered floor mats for my Porsche Cayenne. Originally quoted 21-days. Which seemed long to begin with. No communication giving me updates or notifications that it has been delayed. When talking to customer service, they just keep telling me it's still processing. I'm on day 30 with still no updated ETA. Very disappointing.
****** Update - 52 days to receive products, with paying for expedited processing and shipping! Product is acceptable, but not great. No reason, communication, or support for these crazy delays.
Carcovers claimed that they shipped our cover. Four days later UPS tracking continued to shown that they had not yet received the cover. Carcovers failed to respond to our email inquiry or phone calls to their customer service organization, even if it exists. If the cover does not arrive in two more days, we will dispute the charge on our credit card. This is unacceptable service from this company.
My carcover.com cover after 3 months. The warranty gives no guarantee for how long the item lasts. It gives you the option to replace the cover for $95 shipping. I paid over $400 for the Gold cover. Put it on in August and the first week of November this is what we found when we checked on it.
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
