Purchased the car cover ultimate snow rain water proof and received the cover and the agent didn't advise me that if there is anything wrong with it I have 30 days but they state a 10 year warranty. This company uses false advertisement. The cover was 1/4 inch short got moisture on the the roof even if its a light drizzle of rain. Bought the cover in April 2020 and it failing and they won't replace it with a new one. They just tell you that there is nothing they can do unless its detriated. Basically don't purchase from them you'll be very sorry customer if you do.

Do not buy from this company! I just got a new custom paint job done on my truck. They are doing construction work in the lot next to my home and kicking up a ton of dirt. The company gave me money to buy a new cover so i thought i would buy a nice one! Well it doesn't come close to fitting and I don't even have my camper shell on. I got a hold of them same day while it is clean and new. Their website states no hassle return 30 days! Well guess what, a total lie and no return and won't even talk to me over the phone. Fortunately i bought with paypal so i turned it over to them. Carcover wants me to go through warranty and i said it's not ripped or broken, it's new just give me a rma and take it back... I would have exchanged it but not now. Also their reviews are bogus and lies. They have me giving them 5 stars and I didn't even post a review. They have tone of reviews for the same day haha... What a joke

I ordered a cover from carcover.com two weeks ago and although they promised 3-5 days delivery, I have yet to receive anything and the fed ex tracking number they gave me indicates there is nothing enroute. After emailing them twice and asking for an update with no explanation (other than they received my inquiry), I just called the customer service number and asked about my order and the person who answered said, "call back on Monday and talk to our general manager Issac, there has obviously been a mistake of some sort." Not exactly the sort of customer service help I was hoping for. Needless to say I'm worried about receiving my order at all. They do have my money but I will contact my credit card company soon if I don't get some sort or reasonable answer. I will update my review if things get better but my advice at the moment is to stay away from this company.

Made my order, didn't say it was out of stock or not available. I paid in full. Got a email saying it's out of stock. No one will call me, only emails back and forth with resolution. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! NO REFUND, NO CAR COVER, not even "hey we won't have that cover but we do have this one!?" I bought the top of the line cover $200+ and this is the customer service I get. This is the first bad review I have ever left for any company but I am beyond frustrated and will continue to leave reviews on other platforms. Steer clear from car covers.com

As you can see from the attached picture, the cover began disintegrating and tearing at the seam. This began after just six months of use. I was expecting this product to last years under normal wear and tear.

After requesting a new one from CarCover.com - they told me I had to pay $95.00 for Shipping and Handling, which is nearly the amount I paid for the original cover which came with free shipping. They say don't through good money after bad money - don't waste your money on this product. I had to throw it away because it had completely fallen apart and was hanging on to my pop-up camper like a torn rag.

Shipping problem with delivery twice as long as promised. Called carcover.com and representative, said it was out of their hands and FedEx won't care about your delay. I asked if this is the limit of their customer service and he said yes, he wasn't going to offer any further help. I asked if this is the type of reviews they are good to settle with and he said yes. So there ya go... I can only imagine having to work a warranty issue and I hope I made a good purchase! - Nervous

I bought the upgraded cover that is supposed to last. $439 and the cover was put on in September. When we checked on it the first week of November, this is what we found. When we removed the cover it was literally disintegrating in our hands. Their online positive reviews are crap because there is no place for buyers to leave a review. I was offer a replacement of the same cover for $95 shipping. Lifetime warranty replacement they said... For $95 every 3 months? They told me they make no claims on how long the covers will last.

Researched and thought we found the best one but... Seemed pretty cool and fit a bit loose but was impressed with the 5 layer protection and lock system. However, after about a month (HA! After you can return or exchange for free by the way), we noticed it wasn't fitting the car and water was leaking through the cover! We called and messaged and was told "It just needs to rain and sit on your car for several periods, about a month for it to shrink the holes and fit properly". What?!?! So, their amazing 5 layer product is supposed to leak on my expensive car and get dust, dirt, etc on it for a month until the holes shrink? Oh and by the way after the month, now you can't return it for free, but you can exchange it for another one for $30-40 shipping! We did, thinking it was just a flawed one. NOPE, this one immediately allowed dirt, dust (including sawdust and rock dust, thankfully no water, yet and pollen. We contacted the company but they said it was after the 30 days so we could only exchange it for a fee! Go elsewhere folks. Go to a store that you can walk into or something. Talk to other.

Item does NOT fit the vehicle I selected. I had not yet opened the package until the other day when I went you put it on my truck, it's about 2x too small. There's no way the one I received would fit a bronco. I contacted customer service and was told they wouldn't do anything about it. The item i purchase is in perfect condition(unused). I spent $250 on a product that is different than described. There is NO WAY this is sized right for a bronco. Their response was laughable, telling me to just go sell it on ebay or something, rather than trying to help and come up with a solution. I guess paypal dispute is my path to a solution then.
