The car cover i purchased was designated as "Outdoor, waterproof". We returned from a 6 day trip and the cover was properly installed the entire time. The cover leaked miserably. We dried everything off again and after a couple days, placed the cover on again for 48 hours during light rain and mist. Once again the cover allow significant water to penetrate. Not at all satisfied with this product
It was promised in 3-5 business days, but took over two weeks. It has no pockets for the side mirrors, and looks really generic. Why did I bother with year, make and model? This thing is ugly, looks like a big tarp someone flung over my nice vehicle. Don't waste your money!

The pictures in the advertisements, do not depict the material of the cover I received. My understanding is this cover is rain proof, but its the same porous outer material as my old "Cheep" cover I had before. It appears to me that this cover will absorb any rain rather than deflect rain. I thought I was getting a cover that was a solid material on the outer layer as the pictures seem to indicate. I may have ordered the wrong type, but I may have not paid close enough attention to the ad/order form, which makes me believe the form was somewhat miss leading.
