So i ordered a motorcycle cover from car covers. Arrived quickly. Well built. Very thick and heavy. Def waterproof and will protect against minor bumps from kids' bikes or whatever is in the garage. Easy to work with. A bit bulky to take on a trip unless you want super protection. This would be good to store long term cars and bikes in a garage or even outdoors or a shed. Very much worth the money.

We bought a camper cover for out 5th wheel. It didn't last 1 winter. After splitting down the middle of the roof the whole cover was laying on the ground. Zippers still zipped and straps still fastened. Quality is really poor, fabric tears like paper. Was offered replacement for $95 shipping fee but going to pass. Don't need another cover that can't last 1 season..

As with other reviews... inferior product coupled with a warranty that is really getting you to buy it again.

Reviews on company's site also seem suspect... was unable to leave a negative review there.

I purchased the best cover they sell. It fit great and I WAS pleased. However after one year the inner lining of the cover began to break down and leave a white powdery substance on my car. I called in a claim and emailed the info to them. They agreed to send me a replacement after I send them $30 for shipping which I did. Now another year has passed and I am having the exact same issue. I called and was told that this is completely normal because the sun destroys the cover after one year. I spoke to a manager who was extremely rude and argumentative. I told him I would not spend $30 every year for a product that they claim "stands up to the harshest environments". They falsely advertise. No where does their site mention the issue I am having but on the phone they claim this is normal. Don't trust the reviews on their website. I am by far not the only one with this issue! I will buy another cover elsewhere.

Deteriorated on first use. 'warranty" wanted $95 shipping to replace... the cover is not worth that in the first place, and I already paid over $200. Many of their positive reviews seem suspect. Not a good product or company.

I bought two covers for our SUVs back in mid-August 2020 for over $360. We are in in Southern California and honestly during the pandemic neither cover has been removed more than maybe once a week. Three days ago my husband ran an errand and when he came home the entire cover split along the seam. Clearly a defect with the product. I filed a warranty claim and then waiting. Finally I went on chat and was told my claim had been approved and that I needed to pay around $40 to have a new cover sent. I called to find out why the hell, on something that claims to have a ten year warranty, I have to pay for a subpar product. I was told I should have looked at the Warranty which is a prorated warranty. You know, you're right. I should have dug deeper into the warranty vs. just seeing the words "10 year guaranty" and assuming that meant the product was so good they would offer a 10 year warranty on it. My bad. Never again. But since this fell apart (literally) after six months I was told I had to partially pay for the replacement and of course they wouldn't ship it to me free. I went onto the BBB website and learned immediately I'm not alone. Basically, I need to pay to replace their product that was defective. If these things keep falling apart (which I'm guessing they will) then I'm in a vicious cycle of having to keep paying to replace. I have NEVER dealt with a company that deals with defective merchandise so terribly. Fine if the thing was six years old I get it, but under 8 months is ridiculous. Seriously, buy your car cover from any other company on the internet. This one needs to work on their customer service game. There are too many other options online to waste a single dollar on this site. Ultimately I walked away and decided I'd rather buy a new one from another company versus ever use their product again.

Extremely poor fitting. Looks more like paper than cloth. Don't be fooled by all the positive ratings because you'll notice 95% of the ratings are only about the website and the ordering process and not the product itself. It's very difficult to give a review AFTER YOU HAVE RECIEVED THE PRODUCT! I finally found a way to review on sitejabber. They say hassle free return but then expect you to take pictures of the cover etc. Sorry too late, I already put the cover back in the box to try to return it, besides, I don't want to scratch my car by putting the cover on a 2nd time.

I purchased two car covers the first order never was received. When the second order came in I want to do a return. They are not helpful at all they try to offer you bigger discounts just to keep them. I let them know the boxes we're never opened I just wanna return them. They ship from Cerritos California but yet want you to return them to New York and pay $50 a box to return them highway robbery and ridiculous. No help and do not care to help their customers.

Purchase a car cover and canceled with in 30 minutes. Change of mind. Was sent email order was canceled and a refund issued. No way the cover shows up and left in my garage by Fedex. I was at home no contact made by driver. Been trying for 3 days trying to get approval to return cover. Poor service no answer to phone calls

What was intended as a cover to protect my truck's finish turned out completely the opposite. It began getting holes over 2" across after 7 months. The holes accelerated the deterioration so that it was breaking down in little pellets. It got worse so that when I removed the cover to use the vehicle, that I would have to wash it down or the pellets wouldn't even blow off when driving. As so many of the reviews state, they were highly disappointed with the lifetime warrantee where it was limited to 3 replacements with the buyer having to fork over the shipping cost (mine being $ 30). I figured that if I was lucky I could spend another $ 30 three time and have coverage for my truck for another year and a half. I have a similar looking material for my barbeque. It has lasted over 3 years so far without any obvious signs of wear. My greatest regret is that I didn't read your reviews before I made the initial purchase

What a total waste of time and money.! As for customer care... they have forgotten their roots.
Car cover arrived after weeks of delay due to the first lie on website... IN STOCK!
Put it on the car and woke in the morning to find it completely blown off. Thus why this company has decide to throw in the locking cable.
I had live chat to see if there was an error... OF COURSE NOT.
Gave my review on their trusted site and was informed the company (CARCOVERS) would get in touch with me in 24-72 hours

So this review is given a 1 star due to ignorance and lack of reasonable responsible customer service.

I usually have an issue with a business that has all 5-star reviews, simply because 75% of our population is typically unhappy with life in general much less happy with anything they spend money on.
IE: You can't please all the people all the time. Even God makes mistakes. He gave women the ability to speak.
Anyhow, This company has unbelievably achieved the unachievable.
I purchased a Gold Sheild 5L cover in April of 2020 and had an issue with it. A couple of emails from me (a grumpy old man and member of the 75% club) resolved the issue. WOW! A no-hassle replacement is on it's way... hopefully, I guess I'll just wait and see if it arrives... and see if I can create a negative in which to knock this 5-star thing down a couple of stars.

Update from my first review I TOLD YOU SO Car covers.com returned my call and offered me 15%Off the perchance price if i wanted to keep the cover and not send it back or send it back for a full refund. Thank you carcovers.com. I kept the cover and cut out my own mirror pockets and had my top shop sew pockets on from the bag that the cover came in its the same material that the cover is made of and lo and behold it fit great. In conclusion: The cover is perfect for outdoor use it rained here for two days and the car was dry, and it will be great in the sun also. The top shop charged me 100.00 to sew on the pockets i am ok with that. PS if you are looking for a cover for your car get one with mirror pockets trust me.

Extremely pleased with this cover. From my first impression after opening up the box, to installing it on my truck. I'm in Michigan where the winters take a toll on most vehicles. So for that reason I have always stored or parked my 2015 GMC Sierra since I bought it new. The cover fits absolutely great and the quality feels excellent! Was also very pleased to read they come with a lifetime Warranty as well.

Purchased the most expensive 5L Severe weather cover for older Pop-up Trailer with what I thought was a lifetime warranty. After just 6 months, the cover failed catastrophically after the summer melted the cover in spots. The trailer was parked in a sheltered spot and with a little bit of wind fell apart. And our trailer got a bunch of water in it after the rain. After 6 months the cover is severely dried out and brittle. Sent pictures and they offered to replace the cover for only $95 shipping! I paid $159 for the cover on sale with free shipping. No way i'm paying that much for a new cover I don't know will even last another 6 months and their lifetime warranty only covers 1 replacement. Super responsive until I pushed back and then takes forever to respond. Absolutely dishonest and does not stand behind their products! Don't bother... still waiting for resolution!

CarCover.com is very misleading on their "Lifetime" warranty.
I bought a cover for my 27' camper trailer in SEPT 2019 ($370). The cover seemed okay for the first 6 months. After that you could tell the sun did damage. The material becomes soft and thin and it will rip very easily. It is now Nov 2020 and I have many holes in the cover and the top is disintegrating and has a huge hole.
I contacted CarCover.com for a replacement. They told me that the replacement is free but the Shipping cost is $95! They also said that they will only replace the cover 3 times.
"Lifetime warranty"... not quite:-(
Each time the cover is replaced it is another $95.

If i could do it again... I would have been better off buying a quality cover somewhere else for $500‐$600.

I do not recommend this company.
