I live in the area, where element likes to destrouy everything it faces actually. Nevertheless, I have been living here for ten years already and I always am ready for the element's struck. When it comes to the season of hails, usually it happens in the early winter and late fall, I'm prepared to be strucked by hails. I have no garage, so I have to park my car nearby on the pavement. I understand that it requires protection thus I applied to this service and buy couple of covers for my car. They were shipped pretty fast and now I have already got these covers. Amazing and fast service.

Purchased an RV cover in 2020 and it didn't even last 10 months! The entire one side of the seem had torn! Sent them the pictures and proof of purchase and the best they could was send me another one with my responsibility to pay $95 shipping cost! I wanted a refund! This was after the fact that I have tried to contact this company several times before actually getting a response and they take their time responding back and resolving any issues!

I have tried to attach my picture of the cover torn all the way across one side and this website, weird that it's saying it can not process my image right now! Hmmmm…..

Don't buy from them, I repeat don't do it. The "best" cover they had (10 year warranty) completely unusable in 8 months. POOR QUALITY. They offered to warranty for 70%. I said Ok credit my CC card for 70% (although should have been 90%) They refused and wanted $46. To send a new one. Do not want another of same quality as in another year they will probably want 50% if any.

Bought this cover in April it didn't last 5 months. Contacted warranty center and they charge 95.00$ To ship a new one. The cost of the cover was 359.00 that means I have to pay 24% of the original cost to get a warrantied cover that last less then 5 months. Very disappointed in the covers quality and the customer service with this company. I would not buy a cover from this company again.

Carcover's top of the line waterproof outdoor silver car cover Gold Shield 5L destroyed my factory paint job in just one night. It rained and the water got under the "waterproof" cover and the condensation destroyed the paint. They refuse any responsibility:

"CarCover.com is not responsible for damages of this nature and will not cover the cost of their repair, as the use of our product is left to the customer's discretion."

"Use of our product is left to the customer's discretion?" I just put it on my car!

Look at the pictures before you believe a word they say.

There is permanent paint damage that will not come out on the hood, both front fenders, and trunk (large 6" x 12" dim spot that does not show in a picture). I also have their black indoor cover for inside a garage that allowed dust and pollen to get through and cover the car under Carcover's "dust-proof" cover. I replaced it with the Gold Shield 5G silver "waterproof outdoor" cover that destroyed my car in just one night. Order #******* (placed on May 12,2021)

Bought the 5L, which is its most expensive cover that is suppose to last a lifetime. Didnt even last up to three year. I would expect a lifetime warranty product to be good for at least 15 to 20 years but this product is just trash. Should have read BBB reviews before buying from them.

This place is filled with fake reviews that are either from review farms in China, or the reviews must be paid off. How can a company with so many complaints and a f rating on BBB have a 4 star on here.

Checking on Linkedin, the company seems to be from sellers based in China selling online to customers like me in US. Hope there are ways to bring companies like this to court or file a class action for continuous false advertisement.

Again the quality of the product is horrible for its high price. Might as well buy something for 10 bucks on Alibaba.

Got in March. Fit our truck well but did not hold up in the AZ heat. It disintegrated and ripped along the seams. CarCover said they would replace it for another $30 in shipping. Why would I spend another penny or want a product that doesn't last?

Bought a classic car, had it delivered on a Sat. Car cover delivered that Wed. (order#*******), put cover on car Friday, it rained that night. When we removed cover on Sunday, the water had pooled and caused spotting in paint. Dealers, and painters say they never seen water spots that seem to be under clear coat. Just fog on paint.
Called carcover.com and they offered 20% and finally a 40% refund, saying its normal for water to seep through. Said they were only responsible for the cost of cover not damages, and I would have to pay to ship the item back at my expense.

My wife purchase their highest rated cover, the Gold Shield 5L. I just put it on a week ago as I have been very hesitant when it comes to car covers. It turns out I should have trusted my instincts. The car cover was on for one week. The car was thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to putting on the cover. We have received two rains in the last week. When I took the cover off, I almost became physically sick when I saw what the cover did to my paint. It looks like water might have made it's way through the cover and something leached out of the cover material making white marks, some with the fabric pattern was on the hood and some whitish areas drained down from the top of the cab as well. These marks would not come off. If you value your car's paint stay clear of this product. This was Carcover's response to me:
"• CarCover.com is not responsible for damages of this nature and will not cover the cost of their repair, as the use of our product is left to the customer's discretion."

My experience is similar to others giving 1 star ratings. Cover top coating began to flake off in less than 1 year of part time use. In 2nd year, the fabric began to rot resulting in tears. Cost was $130 for absolute junk, and they want $30 to replace it. It is not worth it. Pure junk.

I purchased my RV cover in November of 2020. When I went in June of 2121 to remove the cove to use the RV there were several rips in the cover. I contacted CARCOVER.COM to get a refund since it was obvious it was not going holdup for me and they denied a refund, only a replacement for a $95 shipping fee. The product is not worth the money and customer service is not willing to help at all. It states lifetime warranty, but that is only good for one replacement. BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE THINKING IT'S A QUALITY PRODUCT!

Purchased the gold 5l trailer cover for my small pop up camper to prevent sun damage. After 9 months the cover split in 2 areas along each side and the tear keeps growing. This is a cheap 1 ply cover. Not as advertised at all.

Although you get a "5 year warranty" they charge an absurd $95 shipping charge which is more than half the cost of the cover ($179 with free shipping) to start with. Not worth the warranty cost for another throw away cover that might last one summer. So I will not be repurchasing. I wish I had listened to other reviews before giving this company any money.

I purchased a car cover for an anniversary gift. They have a shipping guarantee on their website, product supposedly ships the same day you place order and is supposed to arrive in 3 days via FedEx. We are 10 days later and still no product and 2 separate FedEx tracking numbers have been given to me. They are not answering emails and when I called in to talk to someone in person, an employee by the name of "Jim" was rude and caustic on the phone. He admitted they NEVER SHIPPED the car cover, despite their emails saying they did and providing different FedEx tracking numbers. They charged my credit card and got my money and when I asked "Jim" if I needed to dispute this charge with my credit card company until my merchandise arrived, his comment was "you haven't asked for a refund". He kept talking over me and when asked if he was always this rude to customers and if Car Covers was that small of a company that they don't care if they stay in business, he said call the general manager Isaac tomorrow and ask for him. DON'T do business with this company. They like taking your money but they do NOT like backing up their shipping guarantee and do NOT like responding to emails timely (if at all).

Purchased a truck cover for my 2021 Chevy S 10 short bed what I received was a full-size truck cover email them call them very rude employees they sent me a second truck cover same thing same size would not refund my money as their false advertisement on their website says 30 day moneyback guarantee Do not purchase any covers from carcover.com they are a scam artist thieves

An exchange was made for an item of lesser value. Instead of processing my request to refund me the difference of the order in the amount $59.99, CarCover.com decided to keep my money, saying quote "it doesn't work that way".
I received no response when asked "how does it work?" Bad Faith practices apply to this Company, since they are not interested in customer satisfaction. (I've even offered to a lesser amount for 'restocking fees')

Come on CarCover.com please make it right, and refund me the difference, or I give me the number to ownership to escalate further.
