Orderd my car cover bought the best cover they had not even close to fitting Sent pic.4 times to there so called warrenty dept no response what so ever. Have you noticed the is 1 letter difference between a company that is a very good company I have ordered from in the past and this rip off outfit I accidentally ordered from.dont waste your time or money on there crap. Use the extra s and deal with someone reputable. Good luck

Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent several days trying to resolve an issue with them and they just kept arguing that they were right and I was wrong. They called me to try to resolve the issue and they wouldn't even let me talk. They just kept interrupting me. I have owned a web based business for 25 years and would never treat customers this way. I simply asked for the company to collect a product that they sent in error and replace it with the right product. Instead of making things right, they blamed me for selecting the wrong size, when their website clearly states the size in the title and what they sent does not fit. I wouldn't have minded the error if they just would have helped me fix it, but they are unwilling. What I would say is that when you purchase from this company, make sure you have the right size or you're stuck with it.

I ordered a car cover from CarCover for my 2023 Dodge Challenger. I received it early in the year this year and put it away until I was ready to use it for Winter storage. I installed it a few days ago. It didn't fit the length and was over a foot from reaching the bottom of the car. I reached out to CarCover and they offered me a $20 refund for my trouble. They won't be ripping me off again!

My Gold Shield 5L - Car Cover was installed on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in June, 2023 so the vehicle could be stored outdoors at a storage facility.
When I returned to take my vehicle out of storage six months later - the cover had essentially disintegrated. My vehicle was covered in a white powdery/pasty film and the cover was unusable (grommets pulled completely out when I tried to re-install it.
The company agreed that I was entitled to a new cover (for $30 S&H) - so, the product is horrible but the service was good. I would not recommend this cover for outdoor storage.

This is the first of several covers for my 1964 Terry trailer that hasn't sagged on the roof causing rain puddles after the first rain. The fit is excellent. Communications with customer service has always been prompt and courteous in regards to my needs.
