Bought a hundred dollar pair of jeans and wore them three times and the buttons for the button fly broke. Contacted customer service and they don't return my call. No longer shopping there and I purchased lots of items from them.
Bought a jacket from them. It didn't fit. I returned it immediately. It's now been three weeks and no refund despite numerous polite requests for it. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!

We returned an expensive shirt for exchange to a smaller size... in their own return packaging, never heard from them. I finally called, they claimed no record of the return at first, THEN she said she found it as I persisted for about 45 full minutes. Okay, at this point I gave the benefit of the doubt, stupid me... and proceeded with the initial exchange... NOTHING. After a few weeks of waiting, I called again, to be informed that the item was no longer available. So... I picked something of lesser value and was informed that the new shirt would be shipped immediately and the difference refunded... NOTHING! After a third call they now claim of having no record of anything from us though we have it all in our credit card file that they can't seem to find yet again.
I don't say this lightly, as I've never written a review before but... BEWARE!

Free shipping w/ $100 purchase but clothes are priced at $99. Impossible to figure out how to unsubscribe from their emails. Really don't like this company even though their merchandize looks nice.
My wife got me 3 shirts-2 t-shirts, 1 polo- they're all medium but they are all different sizes! How can that be? Same company, same size, don't they have a pattern? You'd think for the price you pay... you fill in the blank
I like their products. My wife gave me one of my favorite shirts. I recently purchased a jacket and was looking forward to getting it. I never did. It was returned to them because they used the wrong address. And, it took a phone call from me to as where my ordered product was to tell me this. It was only by contacting them or I'm not sure I would have been credited. Nice clothes, terrible logistics.
I have purchased a few things and the order was processed quickly and efficiently and the return process was easy. They processed my return and refund quickly despite Covid. The quality of the clothes is great and I would definitely refer them and buy from them again.
I read the reviews after I placed my order. I got real nervous then. Received my order within 2 days and the shirt was exactly as it looked in the catalogue. Will definitely buy again.
So I'm not sure if they're trying to overhaul their customer service program or what, but after reading the reviews here I had very low expectations. C2C far exceeded them.
I was gifted a sweater for Christmas but it was too big. Sent it back for an exchange but unfortunately it was backordered so I had to wait 3 months. Sweater came but was defective, stitching on the zipper had come undone. Go figure, it was backordered again but this time until September! I let them know and they gave me a gift card for the value of the sweater and let me keep the sweater since I just wanted to take it to my tailor to have restitched in the first place. Very impressed and frankly, on par with customer service you'd expect from Nordstrom or other high end shops. Good job C2C
I should have trusted the bad reviews. They are absolutely right! So far, my experience has included incompetent order processing, shipping failures, low quality customer service, and potential fraud as I have yet to receive my order or get refunded. Despite researching their website and following their published guidelines for shipping to a PO Box AND confirming that I selected the appropriate shipping option in my order confirmation email, they incorrectly shipped my items which resulted in my package being returned to them. Their response to their mistake was more accusatory than apologetic. They promised to ship the package again correctly without appearing to tske accountability for their actions. Additionally, they informed me thst one of the products is magically out of stock and will be delayed which doesn't make sense because it was supposedly in the package that was returned. They shipped the package a second time incorrectly resulting in yet another return to sender! After pushing for answers, I received a flat apology, no customer recovery effort for the issues, and a simple offer to send the package again using the same incorrect shipping method to a different address. No product, no return of payment which they were all too eager to take... this feels like fraud to me. Worst online shopping experience. Shop here only if you like getting scammed and treated like dirt.
I received an email from C2C letting me know that there was a processing issue related to the order I had placed. I contacted C2C to inquire about the issue. The customer service rep asked for the order number, which I did not have at the time. This seemed to irritate him given the fact that he now had to search for the order by my name. When he found the order he asked for my zip code, which I gave to him. He then proceeded to tell me that the address I gave him did not match the zip code. The irritating thing was not what he said but how he said it. This "attitude" toward the customer seems to be an ongoing issue with C2C given that 90 plus percent of their complaints reflect the customer's dissatisfaction when it comes to customer service issues. The management staff has repeatedly failed to address this issue given the fact that it has been allowed to persist for years.
My experience with C2C is that they sell good quality merchandise, but their prices are obscenely overinflated. Their shipping rates are no bargain, either. Any retailer not allowing product ratings on their website is immediately suspect. I won't be back.
Bought a gift card for my pops and it was a clown show. He had a return and couldn't credit the remaining dollars to his gift card.
I was leery of ordering because of the negative reviews, but did and was very pleased with the quality and feel of the shirt I ordered. The price is a little more than I'm used to, but it was worth it. I just ordered 3 more shirts.
I have ordered several items from C2C with no issues in quality or shipping. A couple items are on back order (remix blazer & Timberline sweater) and should be shipped in next couple weeks. So far I have ordered a hoodie "restless" shirt jac (which may just be my current favorite clothing item I own), a watch cap for my wife, a green "majestic plaid" button down shirt, a "9 yards" pull-over hoodie, and a canvas ball cap. I also ordered a pullover fleece sent to a friend in Germany. All of the garments I have received so far appear to be excellent quality, good stitching and material, and look great IMO, but I've only owned them about 1 month so far, so I cannot really speak to durability yet. I will have to contact my friend in Germany to see what he thinks of the fleece cuz he just got it this week. I am surprised by the number of poor reviews, but so far I am very pleased and am planning to order more clothing items for warmer months and vaca in FL. I also had no problems with the free shipping (orders over $100). Is it pricey? Yeah, but so far it seems worth it to me. I have attached a pic since I'm wearing the ball cap and green plaid shirt.
Hi all, I've noticed that C2C gets a lot of bad reviews. I am leaving mine, as I was surprised at how few stars they get. Just from my own and my husband's perspective, we have love the items we bought from C2C. Everything has been very nice quality, soft, and well made. We just bought several things at Christmas and have enjoyed them all. My only complaint is that I once had a C2C customer service person, who was a bit impatient and rude, but maybe he had a bad day. Otherwise, all our experiences have been great and the quality of the clothing is really nice!
I've been trying to return a Christmas gift for a different size. I cannot find a customer service rep who can give me instructions on how to return my gift for a different size. How ridiculous is this?

Terrible! They charged my credit card when they never even shipped an item then I had to call 3 times to try and get my money credited on an item never received! They told me to call back when a supervisor was on duty so they could process the return then I called back and she said she would have to submit my request to a supervisor and they will get back to you! Unbelievable now I have to wait additional time while they have had over a hundred dollars of my money for 28 days! Crazy In addition I found the items to be OVERPRICED Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company Beautiful catalog so it's very deceiving!
