Okay. I never had a cover like this before. It's been on the Jeep about a month. We had very heavy rain. The cover is totally saturated. It is NOT (yet) waterproof. Plenty of water went through the micro-pores? Chatted with a rep and he said give it time to dry out and it WILL become waterproof. Trouble is I can't get it back on the vehicle by myself. It feels like a 100 lbs. I'm pretty sure it is at least 50. I used to consider myself reasonably strong, but this thing squirms away. I get it on one end of the vehicle and it falls off the other end. My neighbors are laughing at me. Now it lays in a heap next to the vehicle. Customer support says, just give it some time to dry out. After handling it I'm as wet as the cover. This is a nightmare. If this lousy thing ever dries out, I'll be able to see it they are right. Better instructions should come with this miserable thing, so that I could have gently wet it with the hose or something got it conditioned. IF they are right and this is not some sort of bad joke.
After some initial pain dealing with customer service via email (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars), I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone (Emily). She was not able to find my order in the system because I had purchased the car cover via Amazon.com, but she honored my proof of purchase and agreed to deliver a new cover (originally valued at $145). Unfortunately, they made me pay for shipping ($45) which I thought was a bit steep, given that I'd only paid $20 for shipping from Amazon.com a couple of years prior (again, why I docked them a star). All in all, I'm pleased that they honored my warranty (lifetime warranty on a 5 layer cover) but think that they could do a better job of maintaining customer service information from Amazon and perhaps honoring the original shipping costs.
I will definitely give this company a five+star A pleasure to deal with Personal and consideration for their customers is unsurpassed

Regret purchasing from this company. The car cover was ordered specifically for the model and year and I thought it would be custom made. Ill let the attached photos speak for themselves. After they got my money, they couldnt care less that their product didnt fit.

Fit for my 64 4 door Malibu is acceptable, but seems at the rear end are slightly narrow- the corners of car are about 5" outside of the fitted corner on the cover, but it still works. I'll see if I can post pics.
Overall, acceptable but I think I'll go with a different company next time or just pay for a thicker product. Time will tell.
This vehicle cover is new received on this day 10-19-2016. Has not been tested in heavy rain, high winds and/or snow on my 2017 Mercedes-Benz sport coupe 4matic. I believe in this cover will do excellent for all weather conditions. I had to return a vehicle cover to Sealskin covers.com, There cover did not fit secure, kept blowing off even with the cable on and was a two layer cover when I paid for a Five layer car cover.
My order came quickly, and unfortunately there was a problem with the fit but CarAutoCovers did a great job of resolving the issue. I'm very satisfied with the experience and would definitely buy from them again.

When I called CarCover.Com they just asked me to confirm the cover sent to be sure the next one would be the right one then offered to send the right cover the next day. No hassle, no question, no problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
