This is my first order with CarAutoCovers and I was very much amazed to see the product and shipping service. I would like to give more than 5 stars but system does not allow me. However they deserve 10 stars.
I ordered a cover for my 76 Dodge Ramcharger about two years ago. The cover started to fall apart, so I called and they sent me the replacement cover for free base don the warranty of the cover (minus the shipping fee). The cover they sent was the wrong quality cover. I had originally had a top of the line 5 layer cover and the one I got was more of an indoor cover. They said they would send out the correct cover, but I had to pay the $20 shipping fee again. My response was "why should I pay the shipping fee for your mistake?" Once they realized what had happened, they jumped on the issue and corrected it immediately sending me a new correct cover at no charge for shipping. They handled the situation with ease and professionalism. Only issue was it is hard to get a hold of anyone in the warranty department via phone and anyone else you do get a hold of tries to help, but they always have to go back to the warranty department for issues like this. I had to do everything via email, which was frustrating only because something that could have been solved over the phone with a simple conversation took about two weeks. They respond to the emails, but takes most of the day for them to get back to you. Other than that though, the people I did interact with via the phone were very helpful and tried their best to help resolve the issue.
Refund my expedited shipping fee since package didn't arrive in 1-2 days.
I had some issues with my cover but after dealing with warranty dept I was shipped a new cover. It took some time to resolve the issue but in the end carcover stood behind their product as advertised. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

I had bad experiences with the previous three different car cover brands. This car cover brand is my fourth brand. However, they make me feel that I should try it out because they offer a good deal and longer warranty! I like custom made car cover because it fits my car well. It would save my water and time to wash my car.
