I bought car cover from this company and it is working very efficiently and the company responds to any query of mine. This is the best company which takes good care of its customers

I only have regrets after purchasing this car cover. Expected to get a quality product to protect my antique truck which has a wooden bed. The cover is not as stated! Flimsy and not waterproof. Forget the warranty/guarantee. You won't get a refund. Now I am out $130.00. I would have been better off going to Walmart and purchasing a $5.00 tarp and some bungee cords. This is probably one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I have already warned people in my car club groups about this company and I will continue to do so. Don't waste your money. ZERO STARS!

I had a similar experience to other reviews I am reading. I purchased an auto cover and the outer layer (grey) dissolved slowly over the course of a few months. One day after a rainstorm, it officially became a microscopic thong to our classic car. I called and sent photos to both returns, customer service, and sales. Returns agreed I was due a replacement and all I had to do was pay $20 shipping. No one in the company was able to collect the shipping fee because "the computer system changed" since my purchase, and they could not reconcile a shipping fee against a sale prior to the changeover. They played a lot of games on the phone and were just downright rude and liars. I actually heard someone in the background giggle during one of my many frustrating calls. The "Lifetime" warranty is phony and a scam. Don't fall for these con artists.

Bought a car cover for $144.99 didn't like it when it came. Didn't even put it on my car. Took it out of the box, looked at it and decided this wasn't for me. They have 2 options in returning the product. First option is they give you back 50% of your money if your not happy with the product and you get to keep the product. The second option is full refund mailing it back by uspo, not ups. You have to give them the tracking number and if you don't, they won't accept it. Plus YOU have to pay for the shipping back which is costly. I called "David" the so called General Manager and not only was he a rude a**hole about me returning it, he hung up on me! Has anyone reported this bogus company to the BBB? So I have to come up with an extra $50 or so to return this item to them. I better get my $144.99 back when they get their crap back. Plus. Where are these people from with their foreign accents? Not a racist comment whatsoever, but this "David" was ruthless, so rude and disgusting.

I ordered a "5 layer" car cover. THREE months later, the top layer of the cover cracked and started dissolving to powder. Since they have a Lifetime Guarantee, I called for a replacement, to find out that I have to pay $20 for it. "David Johnson" (guaranteed not his real name) was arguably the rudest person I have EVER spoken to on the phone. I tried to talk to him about ensuring the replacement doesn't have the same quality problem, and his response was, "Well, you will just have to get another replacement". However, I need the cover, so I paid the $20. Almost a month later, and I haven't received anything. I call and am told "It will go out in 48 hours, due to the holidays, blah, blah, blah." So, I'm a little perturbed and I said, OK so I had to call to get my replacement shipped? And this A&& says to me "No. You didn't have to call, you're just impatient." WHAAAT?! I hung up. We'll see what happens with the "replacement"

And it absolutely is not 100% waterproof. I have a classic car that is critical stays dry and there were puddles of rain under the cover after a storm. After contacting them, they offered 50% off no questions asked (which screams "Yes, we know but we're still going to do it" OR that I would have to ship it back at my expense. Fraudulent advertising and horrible customer service.
