Really grateful to Caratlane for TryAtHome feature. Abul ghazi called, texted and explained me the whole process and steps. Upon agreeing he showed up with my shortlisted items and also a few others from his side to provide me multiple options.

I purchased solitaire and ordered for ring... After paying approx 3lakh for a ring finishing not at all satisfied and they never bothered about concern. Also not size very uncomfortable to use...

I bought a chain last month, and I live in the US. The chain broke in less than two weeks. I wish the chains were made a bit stronger. I am not sure if I can exchange or fix it. Indeed, the items like smaller than in pics which we should realize.
